Had dinner at the Park Avenue Diner today. It was absolutely delicious! Fast and very friendly service. I ordered the half cod fish sandwich and fries. I forgot to take the picture before I dove in because it was so good. 2 big pieces of cod , a soft fresh bun, plenty of tartar sauce on the side and the fries were just perfectly done and it arrived to the table piping hot . Big YUM to to the Park Avenue Diner!

We came in tonight and got an order to go. We have been here before and the food was great. Tonight not so much. And that is why im giving it a 3 for the food. We ordered a tenderloin which is amazing. And we got the cod dinner which came with 3 pieces, 4 hush puppies, a baked potato and slaw. We also ordered an order of hush puppies and an order of green bean fries. I want to start off with the green bean fries were not edible at all. They went in the trash. The loaded baked potato was soft and cooked great but the sour cream on top was hard and the consistency of cottage cheese(due to it being in a container of very hot cod and the potato. This should have been put on the side. The “bacon” was those imitation bacon pieces. Could have done without that. The sour cream that I did get on the side was fine. The slaw was the in a cup slightly bigger than a condiment cup. For the price the cod dinner wasn’t worth it. Will probably only be back for the tenderloin.
The 2 girls working were nice and helpful when we came in to order. Unfortunately didn’t know about these issues until we got home with our food. Restaurant is great for eating in but not for take out.

Food tasted very plain, very slow, hamburger buns for hot ham and fake cheese that doesn’t melt is disappointing. The women who came out when we told the server was very rude not at all professional I don’t recommend and will never be back.

We were looking for a spot that the locals would frequent and we found the perfect place. It’s a shame that’s it’s so far from home, or we’d be regulars. The pork tenderloin was fantastic. Super friendly and very accommodating. We stopped in late and they treated us great. Even sent some of the ham and beans home with us. A great stop.

Good food and friendly staff. I always get the breaded tenderloin with all the fixings. It comes out with two buns and takes up the whole plate. Fry’s have to be brought out on a second plate. I’ve never had a bad meal here. The tenderloin is nice and golden brown and so good. The coleslaw is really good too. They also have delicious desserts. Those vary from day to day but they are good. I also enjoyed their fried mushrooms and the cheese sticks. Really good food. I definitely recommend stopping in.

Went for lunch on a Saturday. We went right at opening so they were not busy at all and we were able to just sit right down. The food was made quickly and was really good. They also sell tiny pots with succulents and cactuses that are absolutely adorable. The signs on all the walls definitely kept me entertained.
