I ordered my pizza at 3:30 and ask to have it ready at 5:45. I picked it up exactly at 5:45. When we got home our pizza was cold and dried up. I had ask for double sauce. That was missing. I order pizza at this location almost every week. It is always perfect and hot.

I placed an 4 pizza order of original crust, 2 pepperoni & 2 mushroom. The one that was delivered is a different crust, now no one is eating them as the crust Is dense, dry and tasteless.
The pepperoni is quite overcooked as well.
The service was great, hardworking people. Just disappointed in our order.

I am so pleased that I decided to try Papa Johns’ Keto Crust create your own pizza. It was amazing so unique and delicious. I had Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Cheese on my pizza. It arrived hot with a nice crunchy crust. Thanks Papa Johns Pizza for an excellent meal!

The pizza was good. The store staff needs to be more aware of their customers. I walked into the store and it took about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I don’t expect to be catered to but at least say welcome to Papa John’s so I know that they know someone is there.

Ordered pizza online. Oder said ready for pickup. Went to pick it up and was left standing there for 15 minutes before they realized they hadn’t even made my pizza!!! I got a refund. Keep your money and go somewhere that values your business.

Worst papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had no sauce and it seamed like pizza was old definitely not the crust I’m used to from papa John’s and I ordered the trio sauce and didn’t get it very disappointed

ShaqAroni time‼ I am not a regular of Papa Johns but got a coupon for a Shaq-A-Roni Pizza and decided to give it a try.
This NYer enjoyed the pie very much. Loaded with Pepperoni.
Very Busy as well. Multiple pick-ups as well as 4 drivers waiting on their pies to come out of the oven. Liked seeing the Fresh dough balls and handmade pizzas.
Don’t particularly care for the phone tree system they use, but it seems like they use call centers, I don’t think you are speaking to someone at the store. But the person I actually spoke with was professional & courteous, did the soft upsell which I passed on, and then they want you to take a one question survey, which I think is unfair. I gave it a 3, but that was for the phone process, the guy on the phone that took my order was good.

How do you order garlic knots and they don’t put the garlic butter on it? One lady associate was at the front door on the phone going off about something while the other two guys were inside goofing off not caring about people’s food.
