My daughter and I tried to get crawfish there yesterday evening, I called and they said they were sold out but were supposed to be getting more and to call back in 30 minutes so I did. We were told they got more and they would be ready in 45 minutes, we showed up in 45 minutes to get them and the owner was very apologetic, they had already sold out and in the chaos of being slammed she forgot to pull our 5 pounds. She gave me a card with a note written on it for us to come back today and get our 5 pounds on the house! I was impressed that she went out of her way to make it right even though I didn’t ask for that! We showed up today and they had us taste one before leaving with our sack to make sure we were pleased! I was very impressed with them last year and it seems they are busier than ever this year and trying their best to keep up! We will definitely be back! Service is great, crawfish are awesome, and their crawfish pies and boudin balls are to die for!! Great people doing it right!!

I recently saw a post from them stating that, crawfish would be ready at noon until sold out. Being i know their always busy i decided to call before I left my house which is almost 30 minutes from them. When I called first the first time around 12:30 they stated they were sold out. The second time I called for clarification making sure they were sold out for that day instead of that hour, when I spoke to someone during this second time they stated that I had to prepay. I stated okay im ready to pay but then she stated I would have to pay once I got there. As soon as I got there the guy at the window took my order I told him I wanted 3 lbs of crawfish. He asked me did I prepay and I stated no because the girl over the phone said I had to pay once I got there. He stated oh well since you didn’t prepay we’re sold out! Not only did I drive 30 minutes for NOTHING but also the fact that they didn’t try to accommodate me for their mistake! I will not be giving them a cent of my money and if you look on the Facebook posting it definitely doesn’t say anything about prepaying or no crawfish! Poor customer service & unorganization!

At first I loved eating from this place, but tonight my sausage must have been old or something because it was mushy n extremely spicy , plus I noticed one time my friend ordered crawfish n they were mushy n extremely spicy n I love spicy food however this was too extreme. If they stick with a good cooking method it might help the business, because they are friendly people with good attitudes.

I have tried this place twice, the first time the crawfish were Amazing! Big, juicy and flavorful. However today this is not the case. Very dry and bland. I read a review about them being inconsistent, I can definitely agree. I will try them a third time to determine my conclusion. I REALLY hope they are good next time because I need a reliable spot. I eat crawfish a few times a week. I stopped going to that place down the street from them for the same reason, inconsistency.

I stopped at this place leaving Louisiana and it was amazing. I’ve eaten crawfish all over Louisiana and they have one of the best I’ve tasted. The meat was great not over cooked and none of them were dead before the cook. Also the flavoring was perfect. Full of flavor and not overly spicy. And the costumer service was excellent. They filled my cooler and secured it in the car. I definitely recommend.

Man! I really want to love them. Been here multiple times. But they are inconsistent. Sometimes it’s the best crawfish you will ever have, and some times is literally horrible, too salty, and old. One time I had to throw it away. Another time I couldn’t stop eating it was soooo good. No in between. It’s a toss up. If they could be more consistent they would dominate Zachary and surroundings.

Was not a fan of their crawfish. Lacked flavor and spice and the seasoning was coated in the crawfish instead of soaked. I assume I came during a rush hour or busy day because the crawfish I had on top of my bag was slightly okay, not something I would write a review about because its more of a personal preference when it comes to spice level. However my issue was that the top was warm and the lower/middle crawfish was ice cold, as though they were warmed up after they ran out. I’ll definitely try them again next season as recommended by locals.

The crawfish were good but some of them were rotten. I don’t think this is the business fault but maybe the supplier. The service they provide motivated me to leave the 5 star review. They walk free samples out to your car! I’ll be going back for the PEPPER JACK BOUDIN! OMG! That was the show stopper for me. Definitely give them a try.

Boiled shrimp are the best in town. Easy to peel, no heads, and best flavor ever. They are boiled just right, not rubbery. Definitely will go back and buy again.
