An absolute gem of a place! Chef Jay and the staff are amazing at what they do! You can tell that the staff loves working there and you know they enjoy the food as well! Michelin star quality for sure! The menu changes frequently and this is where chef Jay is able to show his creativity! All ingredients are locally sourced!

Wow. I’ve been to Paris several times , and Paris Restaurant took me right back. Some of the overdone “pop” that’s been added to different versions of French food was dismissed by this kitchen. They nailed it. The severs kept scanning the entire restaurant, they watched each other’s tables, and every need was met.
The oysters on the half shell were perfect and not too big.
I could see them offering different accoutrements for the oysters, or offering a white or creamy ref sauce for the mussels and clams.
I cleaned my plate.
I made a “this is amazing face” to a lady at the door, and she said “you highly recommend it, huh?” Yes!!
If you’re heading back to the islands for a vacation or you’re a local looking for something to renew your culinary spirit, you’ll enjoy it.
The strawberry salad was perfect.
The mussels had a whisper of smokiness which a cream taste, that paired well with the Italian Nebbiolo.
The circular strawberries are infused with rhubarb and they taste perfect.
For dessert, I was given three options, I said yes to the first two, the waiter picked the first one for me- like a Jedi Waiter mind trick- and nailed it.
Try it.
You’re welcome.

Delicious food! Super fresh oysters, mussels spot on. The outdoor dining set-up was perfect with a heater and glass dividers. Felt comfortable and well cared for!

Been wanting to try this place since they opened. Finally got around to it today. I was looking forward to bringing the Mrs here for a romantic dinner, but ya know Covid. So I settled today to try some lunch. I got the PBLT sandwich. It was amazing. A good blast of flavor that was evenly spread. Not too much not too little. And their home made ketchup with the fries, let’s call that a win. Customer service was great, inside environment was very pleasant. I can’t wait until these restrictions are lifted so me and the wife can go and splurge and try more items. 10/10 guys. Really good job.

Omg.. we are so happy to have found this beautiful restaurant. They did a great job on setting up outdoor dining. The seafood is super fresh and delicious. Don’t forget to try the octopus and the cod croquettes. So delicious! Loved it.

Came here for lunch and tried the “french burger”. It was a good effort but ultimately came up short on flavor, very bland. We will try this restaurant again and I’m hoping for a better experience. The atmosphere (during Covid) was nice with seating outside and plenty of heat.

Awesome service from enthusiastic staff. My schnitzel was crisp and tender. Good set of wine choices and a very convenient location.

One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in awhile (pandemic or not). Service was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly but not overbearing. The menu is creative and the fare was thoughtfully put together with flavors and textures perfectly complimenting each other but not overly complicated. We wanted to eat everything.
Great experience in every category. Cannot recommend going here enough. Thank you for such a lovely evening.

Interesting concept for little Anacortes. This is a very hip, big town type of eatery, that would hold it’s own competing for the swell diners of Metropolis. So, how was the grub? The cuisine was excellent, prepared in their spectacular open kitchen. As I watched, it was evident that there is an in house executive chef, that knows his stuff. I even observed as they prepared a large stock pot which more than likely is the source of their Demi glacé, which found it’s way with the superb tenderloin I enjoyed. So, there are other choices in town of course, many less expensive, and sometimes uninspiring. I recommend Paris unconditionally.

I don’t normally write the reviews but we ate at the Paris Cafe in Anacortes last night..ordered theTom a Hawk steak for two..Steak was very ordinary nothing special for 120.00 for 2 Disappointed very overpriced. Salad good but again nothing special
Asparagus and potatoes were good.
Dessert was a real joke..supposed to be apple rhubarb tart . turned out to be a burnt Tortilla With some sticky syrup.
Definitely would not recommand this place maybe they were just having a bad night.
