Food was great, and plentiful, will be back to try the corn dogs for sure. The sandwhiches were fresh tasting and large, we gor there just as it was getting busy and it seemed like a great community. They have vegan options as well which is great!

I ordered the classic B2. grilled pork banh mi and a winter melon tea. Both were incredible flavorful and portioned well. I got this to go, and it traveled well too!!

How have I not known about this place? My client is learning Vietnamese and thus so am I and she told me about this place.
The owner was so nice to us to let us practice as we ordered
I tried the banh mi Paris, pate choud , mango guava cheesecake and elderberry croissant.
What a treat!!! It’s a lovely mix of flavors and cultures.
I can’t wait to come back to try more including their extensive drink menu.
If you love Parisian and Vietnamese cuisine this place won’t disappoint. They even had Korean options. Or just stop by just for the drinks and bakery.

I order from here on Doordash and the food is consistently good- I moved to Colorado from FL and missed Paris Bahn Mi. I was so happy to see Paris Banh Mi has a location in Colorado. I’ve ordered several times, food us really delicious and great portions + fair prices, the veggie soybean curd option is amazing (I’m plant based). I’ve had several Bahn Mi’s from all over the Denver area and I keep coming back to this one. Makes me feel a little less homesick when I’m craving my favorite sandwich. I’m from Houston so my expectations for Vietnamese food are very high.
I was confused to find that they didn’t offer a tofu banh mi option, instead they had like soybean something or other. It wasn’t tempeh, the counter person did not know what tempeh was. It was more like seitan with a softer texture. I’d much prefer tofu but this was edible.
For some reason they sell Korean novelty corn dogs so we wanted to try the half hotdog, half mozzarella one (because I’m vegetarian) and just got the full potato corn dog. I suppose it was fine but didn’t try much bc we got the wrong one with only meat.
The Vietnamese iced coffee was pretty good considering I didn’t have high hopes for it.
It’s an okay place but just not for me. I won’t go back except for maybe another coffee.

I was excited to try out this place as it is closer than the one I would go to in Denver.
I did ask for my pork sandwich to be spicy which was perfect. The staff wasn’t all that friendly, if I was someone who was new to Vietnamese sandwiches I would have lots of questions. I wasn’t greeted nor was I asked if I had been there before, if I’ve ever had a sandwich, or anything that would have elevated the customer service experience .Otherwise, I really did enjoy my sandwich. It was quite good and I would go here again.

Amazing Vietnamese sandwiches that come in so many flavor options! I loved the crispy pork belly Banh Mi! We came for their ice Vietnamese Coffee (highly recommend). Perfectly balanced sweetness with roasted coffee flavor.
We ended up leaving with sandwiches for lunch and pastries for the following days breakfast. Check this spot out! Very hospitable and helpful staff. Thank you Paris Banh Cafe&Bakery!

Not sure why this place has such high ratings. We dropped in for some banh mi and weren’t even acknowledged. The lady at the register was on her phone and despite being the only people in the restaurant and walking right up to the register, I had to interrupt her phone session to ask if we could order. The Korean dog was undercooked and overall just not good. The banh mi were also not good – they were very sweet, filled with dry and weird-flavored meat, and there was some stringy stuff in the sandwich I couldn’t identify but have never seen in a banh mi before. I did like the baguette I bought pretty well, and the almond cookies were perfect. My brother wasn’t a huge fan of their macarons but did like the coconut cookies. We could overlook the wonky service and vibe, but I don’t think we will return here as the banh mi were the main attraction for us and we found them to be sorely lacking.

The food here is tasty and different from other sandwhich shops. The restaurant is large with Tons of tables. The vibe here is cool and would make a great little first date or lunch spot with friends. The cashier was nice and friendly.and the service was fast. The parking lot is also shared with other shops so parking can be hard to find during rush hours.
The only downside I encountered is the amount of flies in this place. I was attacked walking thru the door. You guys have to take care if this asap.

I come here every other week. Food is priced fair, meals are made quickly and they’re consistently yummy. The bubble teas and teriyaki sandwiches are my favorite. I recommend to friends!
