It’s a Panda Express. It’s decent food for a fast food place, and the people there are very helpful. They close at 9:30 but at the end of the night before they close, they stop making new dishes so if you go late, your selection will be more limited.

Decent food, but not a lot of flavor. Chow mein was bland, rice is bland. Orange chicken, and other chicken were both good. Had some chicken egg rolls, they were average.

There use to be a Hispanic lady (fairly tall) in the kitchen during the lunch hours. The food was prepared much better and she deserves 5 stars for the food. This Panda Express location had been one of the best in the area. Things changed
The new cook (Ray), the food is very BLAND and overcooked. Angus steak was very hard, walnut shrimp tasted like uncooked flour. Management was decent in giving me another meal on the house. But the other dishes I got (orange chicken and Kung pao) were also similarly bland and terribly cooked. It was just blandness. The only flavor was salt and it was too salty.
This happened about a month ago…I’d immediately give this location 5 stars if they get the food back up to its past standards. This location was one of the handful of good Panda Express locations.
With how much management gets paid, I wonder how that is comparing to the cooks. Does management know how to make the food better? If not, cooks should be paid more. Food is EVERYTHING when it comes to a restaurant. No one cares about how well the place is managed, if they can’t manage the food then what’s the point? Good part, the management and staff did listen to my concerns and attempted to reconcile it. Unfortunately more bland food doesn’t fix this issue. And insisting there aren’t problems with the food doesn’t help either. I appreciate the service from the rest of the staff.
To corporate, good job taking care of your employees but I’m not sure Landmark Forum is helping much. Your team members need to have taste buds and understand what the food is suppose to taste like. That needs to be trained
Edit: walked in today 02/05/26, same issue. HONEY Walnut shrimp absolutely bland. There is no sweetness to the shrimp at all. Get the other lady in to teach Ray how to cook. Ill immediately give this place the accolades it deserved back then today.

Portions are not what you pay for i order a 3 protein plate with walnut shrimp that I paid almost 2 dollars extra for and I was only given 6 shrimps are you kidding me and on top of that the honey sesame seed chicken container wasn’t even half way full I have never felt so ripped off and will never be returned to this location again absolutely ridiculous

I don’t eat out much with my routine but I do like fast food here and there. I went at 9pm after going to the gym and was greeted by a very nice lady. I was told that food was being cooked to order, so I placed an order. She told the kitchen staff what I needed (they were hanging out talking) and it was a bunch of talk about how they were closing and if there wasnt already food out and how they shouldn’t be cooking more food. I waited anyways, respectfully. After 3 or 4 minutes I looked up to see the same kitchen staff person who had given me looks like I was preventing her going home on time, now cleaning the grease catchers above the food, cooking pan, and the deep fryer that she had just pulled my food up from. I hesitated, but after another minute after seeing that I respectfully told the same person who so genuinely greeted me and made me feel comfortable about placing an order that I didnt feel comfortable with the food being directly under the ceiling that was actively being cleaned and then cooked by the same individual that was doing the cleaning. Its interesting, as soon as I approached her to say it, that same cook was eagerly watching me as if her entire night was hanging in the balance of what I had to say. I may go back during a lunch hour when the employees feel more in the role of cooking, but idk, it doesn’t matter anyways, my review is meaningless, as is my business at this location.

For fast food, this Panda Express serves up fast and pretty tasty “Chinese” food. They offered few healthy options such as Chicken and mushrooms, grilled chicken and few of the vegetables options. The crews seem fast, friendly and efficient.

Came here on a Sunday around 5pm. Men’s toilet was dirty. Maybe not the staffs fault. The place was clean though. ALL tables nice and clean which was awesome. Portions here are way better than the average Panda and the food was hotter and better than others locally. Overalll good experience.

I got the plate which included half fried rice and half chow mein which were hot. For the entree, I got the orange chicken and honey sesame chicken breast. The portion side was good and the food tasted fresh. It was just like any other Panda Express. The red sauce on top of the food is their chili sauce (which is awesome) since the food isn’t spicy and a little on the sweeter side.

We usually love coming to Panda Express for a fast, cheap bite to eat. Love getting the half and half fried rice and chow mein. Orange chicken is a must. I also like the black pepper chicken and the Kung pow chicken. However, this time, the veggies looked dried and unappetizing. Black pepper chicken was too overpowering. Staff wasn’t very friendly at this location. Hopefully we’ll have a better experience at a different location.

Bad service with app. I have ordered from this location many times. I do not appreciate having to wait more than a week to have my order issue resolved. Their app customer service is complicated and slow. Panda = Poor Quality, Bad Customer Service. No shrimp in my plate.
