Food is very good and feels more authentic compared to nearby Vietnamese spots, especially for the price. The sea salt coffee is light and well-balanced, just as expected. The grilled pork banh mi is meaty, flavorful, and delicious. The space is very spacious and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

This place recently opened up across the street from us, so we went to give it a try. You walk in and are immediately greeted by a clean, welcoming environment.
We ordered the B2 Banh Mi. It was a mixture of savory and sweet, with the pickled vegetables adding the perfect amount of acidity to the sandwich.
We also ordered the Iced Milk Coffee, which we thought was AMAZING. My wife and I love Vietnamese coffee and it definitely hit the spot. We cannot wait to be back.

I came to this new Paris Banh Mi location because I’ve been to the one on Bell Road and really liked it. Unfortunately, this spot doesn’t seem to be at the same level yet.
The sandwich bread wasn’t toasted, and the overall flavor didn’t taste quite the same as the Bell Road location. The service was okay and the staff were friendly, but again, not as good as what I’ve experienced at the other store.
Maybe it’s just because this is a new location and they’re still working things out, but I was a bit disappointed compared to my past visits to Paris Banh Mi on Bell Road.

Tried their boba drink, korean corn dog, pho, bo ne, and nem nuong cuon.
Their boba drink taste very syrupy. Not that natural smooth taste. Very sweet even when asked for less sweet.
Korean corn dog. The dough tasted like Chinese/Asian fried dough. I think its too sweet . The cheese and the hotdog inside were good. The potato fries around was very good.
Pho. The broth lack the depth. Not clear broth. Quite cloudy. Tasted like they use herbs and seasoning powder right before they served you.
Bo ne. Beef tasted like pork and very sweeten. The banh mi were served cold.
Nem nuong cuon. This was good. But didn’t have enough herbs in the rolls but easy to eat. The dipping sauce was okay.
French fried. Deep fried to golden. Thick cut with the perfect amount of saltiness and crunch. Will be back for more fries.

The banh mi sandwich was AMAZING, SO DELICIOUS! I got the pork patty and we also got the chicken, out of this world! Staff is super friendly and the place is brand new and clean. 100% recommend.

My daughter and I travel a lot, so we try to stop and taste different Milk Teas at various locations during our travels. When I tell you this is the best place ever I mean it! The Coconut Mill tea was so delicious and flavorful! The Korean corn dogs were an amazing pairing! I got the hot Cheeto and my daughter tried the takis all mozeralla and just like the milk tea it was delicious! The staff is beyond sweet and helpful! The establishment was very comfortable and had amazing vibes with good energy! This will be our favorite spot every time we come through! Thank you so much!

So glad that there’s closer to Goodyear for some delicious Banh Mi and drinks. Informative to drive to Mesa. Very clean and friendly staffs. Everything was on point. Highly recommended their Paris By Night and their Banh Mi, next time I’ll have to try their other stuff.

My first time in and I’ll definitely be back. Ordered the grilled pork Bahn mi and a shredded chicken, both very delicious and fresh. The Vietnamese Coffee was also very good. So excited to have this location close by.
