Very helpful and friendly staff. Managers present helping speed up the serving process and they are very helpful should you need anything. At the bakery counter Irvine provides awesome customer service and makes sure you have a pleasant visit. Irvine went above and beyond today to make sure I found the food items I was looking for and that I was satisfied. Cannot recommend dealing with him enough.

We came here for a light dinner. Had sandwiches and soup. Perfect combination. Great place for a quick meal and semi-healthy options. We love the drinks as well eventhough we found out how much caffeine they have. Tables can be cleaned up more but it’s not bad.

I really enjoy coming to this location of Panera! What’s great about it is not only is the food great, but the customer service is even better! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Irvine and he is really welcoming person and adds to the sense of community. Whenever I see the manager, he is so kind and is great at acknowledging you when you come in! This is definitely the best Panera Bread I have been to!

Something has changed. Unfortunately in a bad way. Quality of food is poor. Both had the center of a head of lettuce (the section usually not eaten but discarded) and mostly white portions of iceberg in our salads. Ceasars had at least 3 tablespoons of parm (sounds great, but really was a mountain of parm). No staff expediting food. Had to search out our plates behind other customer’s orders. Understand part of this could be staffing issues, but someone needs to step up quality control across the board.

I think we are done with location – more often than not they mess up orders – today bread and chips were missing from my order and it has happened before too. I also heard from friends that in general that is the case with Panera Bread but this location seems to be one of the worst.

Panera as a whole has gone so far downhill over the past 10 years, from quality of their food, customer service, or just the cleanliness of their stores. Bagels now taste awful and you will never ever get the same bagel twice – consistency in texture, size or flavor is comically bad. Coffee recipe must have changed in last 2 years because dark roast tastes watered down now. I stopped eating anything else (sandwiches or salads) 5 years ago because of how mediocre and bland everything tastes. It’s like the worst version of airport food.

This is a great panera location. The cafe is honestly a bit larger than most which of course is a positive, but there is also a very nice and helpful staff that helped me with whatever i needed assistance with. This location is also very clean, and well presented. Would recommend.
