20251006 The Fireside Chili was a disappointment. The meat was so minced that I hope I was eating “cow meat”. I might have gotten the leftover in the pot.

20230523 2nd time ordered mixed dozen of cookies. This time I got a variety that doesn’t match what is listed on the app. It doesn’t matter to me since I got it for work. You might want to order in the store if you want your dozen to match what’s in the app.
20221228 no turkey meat at this location today. Decided to try the steak and cheese… delicious! I wasn’t sure about the pickled onion… I love it! Really add flavor and the horseradish makes the sandish so good!

I visit this Panera location quite often. The employees usually get my order right, except for once, when I got home, I noticed the salad dressing was missing. I was pretty annoyed, and fortunately, I was ok eating the salad without dressing. Their Asian Sesame Salad, Creamy Chicken Rice Soup, French Onion Soup, Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich and the Oatmeal Raisin with Berries cookies are my favorites. I tried the Napa Chicken Salad Sandwich (needs salt) and the Soba Chicken Noodle Soup was ok. Their bakery is amazing!!

I’m not sure if I’m spelling the name correctly (Auigo.Br), but today (Wednesday at 11:30 AM) we had an outstanding experience.
He deserves 5 stars for his smile, attentiveness, and professionalism. We only planned to have drinks, but his great attitude made us order food as well. Service was fast, and the teamwork was clear.
You can tell he truly loves what he does. Excellent service!

TLDR; Avoid this Panera (specifically for breakfast) if you can. They will get your order wrong more times than they get it right.
Long Explanation: The Panera on Fairfax Boulevard next to the Petco is much better than this one (Fairfax Towne Center). I have been coming to this Panera for 6+ years and they have consistently gotten worse over the years. I rarely visit anymore unless I’m truly in a rush since it’s on my way to work. Every time I’ve visited in the past two years for breakfast specifically, they’ve gotten my order wrong. Once they forgot to add my arugula, another time they forgot to put my drink next to or in my bag, and multiples times they’ve forgotten to add my modifications to my sandwich, including today forgetting the breakfast sausage on my Egg, Cheese and SAUSAGE Croissant (the modification was extra egg). I usually don’t realize it until I get to work. The food is okay when they get it right. The most they do is offer some freebie or to correct it if you come back but I can’t exactly leave work for sausage. I also don’t want a freebie. I want you to get my order right the first time. I would rather you take a little more time double checking that the order is right. Honestly, I have no one else to blame but myself for continuing to come here. Sigh.

My go to place when I’m out and about with my son and know I won’t make it home for lunch. He loves their kids Mac and cheese that comes with a yogurt (other options available).
My first time at this Panera and thought the fireplace was a nice touch to the restaurant.
I had a coffee and a bear claw.
I also like that I don’t have to wait on line to order. I can walk to our table and order from there. Table numbers are on the top of the table.

Panera Bread is always a reliable and comfortable place to grab a meal. I especially love their avocado sandwich ,it’s fresh, flavorful, and always made just right. The ingredients taste clean and high-quality, which makes it an easy favorite.

The staff here are attentive and friendly. The restrooms are clean and there is plenty of parking in the free parking lot.

We came here for a light dinner. Had sandwiches and soup. Perfect combination. Great place for a quick meal and semi-healthy options. We love the drinks as well eventhough we found out how much caffeine they have. Tables can be cleaned up more but it’s not bad.

On a whim I decided to order some mini cookies but I was unable to finish waiting for them. A manager was lovely and offered to keep it aside for me so I could pick up after work.
Well it wasn’t until past 8pm I suddenly remembered about these cookies. I rushed over and my heart sank when I saw all different staff. I asked for a manager and geared up to explain the full story and be met with confusion but he knew already what was going on and handed me my order. It had been kept aside for me since 11.45am!!

I’ve been to several Paneras in the last few months and they are all a miserable experience for the customer. From the moment you walk in, you feel out of place. If you don’t want to use the touch screen to order, you can flag down one of the staff who will reluctantly take your order. After you place an order, there is no where to stand that isn’t in the way. When half your order is ready to go, you can sort through a stack of to go backs and then try to flag down an employee to get the rest of your meal ready.
It would be one thing if the food was good but the bagel I ordered from a “bakery” came with a plastic container of cream cheese.

I ordered a salad that normally comes with pecans, but since I was able to mark an allergy and customize it to remove the pecans I thought it would be safe to order with my tree nut allergy. In fairness, I should have double checked before I left the store, but I saw “allergen no pecans” clearly marked on the outside of the bag and did not open it. Very disappointing to get home and realize that the pecans were added. I tried to call the store and was unable to get anyone on the phone. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with this Panera location; in the past we’ve had mobile orders with entire meals that were missing from the bag. I recognize that the employees are human and humans make mistakes, but this has been a repeat occurrence at this location and in this case, it resulted in a wasted salad that I cannot safely eat. There is clearly not a culture of quality control here. Check your orders at the counter. FWIW, I have always enjoyed the food.
