Spacious inside with plenty of seating and always clean. Staff does a great job staying on top of things even when it’s packed. That said, as someone who’s been going to Paris Baguette for 20+ years, the quality just isn’t what it used to be – feels like they’ve expanded too fast and something got lost along the way. Still decent but not the same experience it once was.

This was my first time visiting Paris Baguette, and I happened to walk into this newly opened location today. I honestly wasn’t expecting to enjoy it this much since I don’t usually have a big sweet tooth, but I was pleasantly surprised. I started with a strawberry croissant and the chocolate supreme, and before I knew it, I had tried at least four more items. Everything was fresh and delicious, the ambience was pleasant, and the location is very convenient. Overall, a great experience and I’m pretty sure I’ll be coming back often.

New Paris Baguette in town! Cozy spot with beautiful cakes and pastries, delicious sandwiches, and good coffee. Free 2 hr parking in the building is very convenient. Love the chill hangout vibes and laid back atmosphere. I got the Caprese sandwich and hazelnut latte which were both good. Would recommend.

I always look forward to stopping by because everything—from the pastries to the sandwiches to the drinks—is consistently fresh, beautifully made, and full of flavor. The store is spotless, the display cases are gorgeous, and the staff is warm, welcoming, and quick to help.
Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee, treating myself to a croissant, or picking up a cake for a celebration, the quality is always top‑notch. Paris Baguette has become one of my favorite spots, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves great bakery vibes and delicious food.

Pastries were tasty, they even had seasonal treats(valentines) it was clean and efficient. You can grab your own treats. Seating is limited, but I was still grand opening week. They also burned my friends pizza and were able to make a new one for her. They had an array of options and even cakes, I think there is enough variety for people to choose, I hope they switch out and bring in new treats to try. You are also able to see every ingredient on the card next to the item which is super helpful.

The experience I had in the cafe was absolutely superb. The amount of options they offer is overwhelming in a great way. I have a feeling I will be in here every single day. The cafe staff were so attentive to everything I asked them. They even greeted me with a happy to see you upon walking in. I chose a few pastries and a cake for my mom’s birthday. Needless to say that the flavors were amazing and the cake was delicious. Our entire family love how it was not overly sweet. And they have so many options to choose from. We ended up with the blueberry yogurt cake. The flavor profile was very unique and refreshing. When you walk around the cafe you can actually see the staff working on cakes right there and the bakers are also rolling dough and prepping everything fresh. I think I found my new favorite spot. I live across the street so I’m definitely coming by more often.

So excited to finally have Paris Baguette in Bellevue—and it opened today! I’ve always been a big fan of PB, and it was honestly unfortunate that we didn’t have one here until now. Seeing it finally open, and in such a huge, beautiful space, was incredibly exciting.
The variety is amazing—they have a great collection of both sweet and savory items. I tried the strawberry cheesecake, salted butter croissant, chocolate & cream cheese croissant, and the grilled cheese, and everything was absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done.
The ambience is warm and inviting, and the service was excellent, especially impressive for opening day. Overall, a fantastic addition to Bellevue, and I can already tell this is going to be a go-to spot. Can’t wait to be back! ✨

So glad to have an option for coffee and pastries at the 929 Office Tower. The space is really nice and the hours are great. I can’t wait to try all of the different options. I especially like the rewards app.

Just visited the newly opened Paris Baguette, and wow—it already feels like a Bellevue gem. The bakery is bright, clean, and beautifully designed, with that perfect cozy-yet-modern café vibe. The display alone is dangerous in the best way —so many fresh pastries, breads, and cakes that it’s hard to choose.
Everything we tried was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The pastries were light, buttery, and not overly sweet, and the bread had that perfect crisp-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside texture. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into each item. Coffee was excellent too—smooth and well-balanced, a great match for the baked goods. It is 45 mins drive from my home me but will visit again and again. Good Vegetarian options too.
