Paris Baguette is a delicious chain of pastries and I’m happy that the quality has been brought to Holmdel!! I had the pleasure of going on their second day of opening. Even though it was a quick trip for me today, I definitely will be returning. It’s a great place to sit and relax or catch up with friends. All the pastries are fresh and the cake is moist and delicious. I recommend bringing a bag of the milk bread home, it’s the best white bread I have EVER had.

So it pains me to leave a bad review because this is one of my favorite places..I got 2 Cappuccino’s which were delicious. But my issue was with the pumpkin scones. They were hard,old ,and raw in the middle if that even makes sense. Very disappointing considering I’ve had them in other locations and they were soft and light.

The baguettes are amazing — and they serve the best coffee in town. We’re returning because their fresh-made, equivalents of hot pockets (e.g. ham and cheese, smoked sausage, etc.) all looked and smelled so good.

My love for Korean bakeries runs deep. When I heard a new Paris Baguette was opening up in this Holmdel complex, I paid a visit on their grand opening day.
Things were wild yet well managed on the grand opening day, and nearly entirely half of the space is dedicated to seating – either at tables or high window tops with stools – so that your chances of finding a place to park and chill with a few pastries remains relatively high.
For the lovers of sweets out there, there’s a lot to explore. Mochi donuts, inventive cereal-based treats, and all kinds of croissants with all kinds of flavors. But for me, the real hidden gems are seemingly plain and savory offerings. Any of the milk bread loaves are unimaginably soft and elevate any sandwich or French toast I might make that week. I’m also an enormous fan of their sandwiches and pizza-like breads (which – hot tip – can be warmed for you upon purchase).
During my visit, I loved seeing how frequently the workers came by with fresh pastries, which for me was assurance that – (1) everything is freshly baked, and (2) there are eyes on the pastries.
The complex is enormous, so parking wasn’t an issue, even with the throngs of crowds coming by to check out the shiny new store installment.

this is my 2nd time visiting this location.
I got some delicious pastry’s which I 100% recommend. I also ordered a coffee but the lady behind the counter named Andrea got it wrong. It’s no biggie but when I tried nicely telling her she visually annoyed. Slamming stuff while remaking it. It’s no problem but sort of concerning. Especially when I didn’t see any manager present.

I’ve never had a bad experience at any location, until today’s visit. Please be advised this review is a reflection of the customer service and not the quality of food or beverage. The “not so gentlemen” young man working the register is probably the last person I would personally want working a counter for me. After the first sign of an unwarranted attitude I should’ve just canceled my order and gone about my day. Instead I remained patient and polite, and had probably 3-4 more negative interactions with this person. Didn’t get this persons name nor does it matter who it was, this isn’t a “cheap option” establishment… quality and SERVICE should be a reflection of that. This experience wasn’t enough to write off this location, but enough that my next visit I would ask for a different personnel to assist me.
