Tried the “steak” bites. This Isn’t steak! They’re not cooked evenly. Some are overcooked and some are squishy almost undercooked. Seasoning is horrible. The BBQ sauce help mask it. Don’t recommend at all. Severely Over Priced as well!!! You’re not a steak house yet you have their prices. Ridiculous!

I waited too long to eat because I have been sitting with my dying grandmother in the hospital. I ordered a half pound, not my normal sandwich, but I don’t know when I will get to eat again. They accidentally brought me a regular, and politely apologized. After sitting in the dining area, the staff starts “nutrition shaming” regular patrons who order half pounders in so much detail that I can’t believe what I am hearing. I felt extremely uncomfortable and left without ringing the “bell”. A behavior also out of the norm, bc I always prefer that staff members feel valued.

The wife, and I, both got the fried turkey sandwiches, with crinkle fries. Both were very good. But, neither had tomatoes on it. Fine by me, although the wife was a little bit peeved. You should mention it if you’re out of them, ya know? We came in around 5:30 on November 14th, and a LOT of tables needed to be cleaned, too. They weren’t busy, and the employees were mostly chatting. Time to lean, time to clean!

The food was excellent and the staff was nice, but Lord have mercy on the staff cleaning skills. First time here and probably last. All the tables were dirty and I looked like a fool driving here. Even a couple came after my family and I. They was looking for a clean one just like us. Also some drinks were watered down. They are nice though and food was great but inside Arby’s is something else.

Floors were sticky throught restaurant. My food, steak bites bowl, was cold, refrigerator cold, not room temperature cold. If you are in Pell City, Alabama I would suggest Jack’s loaded mac and cheese bowl over Arby’s bowl.

OMG. Went there to get a double beef and cheddar and a smoked brisket sandwich and some curly fries. the double beef and cheddar was Good, but the smoked brisket was terrible, it’s like it had been sitting up there all day, and it was the same thing with the curly fries, it had to be the bottom of the barrel because I never did get a curly fry, just potato pieces. I won’t be going back there.
