For starters, it was impossible to find where this is located. I had to ask a nearby restaurant to find out it was located inside Brio’s.
When I got my order, which was supposed to be a Chipotle Cheesesteak with no mushrooms, I received a regular cheesesteak with no cheese sauce, no chipotle sauce and it had mushrooms. I had to go all the way back to ask Brio to make me a new sandwich. The sandwich came, again, with mushrooms. The “correct” sandwich had 50% mushrooms and 50% meat. And the french fries were soggy. This was an absolute trash experience that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. $20 for the combo went down the drain.

Paid $40.40 for 1 cheesesteak and 2 fries. The ‘double it up’ feature only doubles the cost not the food. Plus the sandwich was not that was featured on the menu and came on a hotdog bun. Worst food and experience ever will never ever order again. All phone numbers on the website were not in service. This place needs to go out of business if they can’t get the service right. Food was horrible and cold.

Way too much money to spend on a very unfulfilling product. The cheesesteak tasted like nothing. I waited nearly an hour for this food and was actually met with attitude by the staff while waiting. Service was worse than bad. Do not waste your time with this place.

0/10 experience. This is a virtual kitchen inside Brio. It took 30 minutes to get our cheesesteaks. $17 for the driest cheesesteak I’ve ever had. There is a gyro shop in Covington with MUCH better cheesesteaks for half the price. Save yourself the money and headache and skip this place.
