This was my first time giving this establishment, a try I was presently surprise when I inquired about their specials and found one that would fit . I placed my order and after arriving home, I realized my food was burnt . I politely called back to explain that my pizza was burnt, and I could not believe how rude I was treated by the manager on duty. She said that it was not burnt. She explained the reason she knew for a fact that my pizza was not burnt was because she boxed it up herself. I am posting pictures so you could see what I saw when I got home. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, and it’s not because the food was burned, but because of the way that I was treated by the manager, when I called to explain that I had received my order for I would never speak to someone in the manner that she spoke to me

Went here for pizza on Mother’s Day, unfortunately for me they were absolutely slammed with orders. And yet they were kind, patient since it was my first time at Cataldos and really helpful. I was blown away with how good their pizza was. Made me want to try the other locations as well and I have to say it’s consistent all around. Definitely going to be coming here more often!

We ordered our food and got it fairly quick. 3 personal pizzas. They messed up or order and you could tell they were mad at us because of it. Got our new pizza and two of the employees went outside to smoke weed. Came back inside smelling like burnt weed. Very unprofessional staff. Sub par food. I will not bring my family here again.
