This entire experience was beyond appalling! If you think you’re getting food similar to Pardon My Cheesesteak, you are grossly mistaken. What your $60 lunch budget actually buys you is confusion followed by a bad attitude from a number of Ruby Tuesday employees for ordering something under the PMC name, followed by a low quality Ruby Tuesday ‘steak’ sandwich, smothered in Mexican queso cheese and a side of discount fries. Good luck even complaining about paying a premium for beneath school lunch, because nobody at Ruby Tuesday even knows that PMC exists.

Ordered from here through DoorDash and it took over an hour and two dashers to get my food, I can’t speak to the quality or taste as I’m writing this review prior to receiving my order. After placing almost a $75 order my dasher showed up to the store about 10-12 minutes after the app said that the store had began preparing it. After patiently waiting for nearly half an hour and not seeing a change in status I messaged my first dasher Kayla and asked if everything was ok. I also mentioned that I was assuming that they were probably just very busy. About five minutes later I get an alert from DD apologizing for my late order, that they were trying to find me a dasher. Enter Orlando! This guy is awesome! I messaged Orlando as he approached the store to ask if he would please check the drinks to make sure they were not watered down. He said sure. I increased his tip and assumed this would be the end of it. Nope! The store hadn’t even started my order. Orland kept an open line of communication with me and gave me helpful info for future dealings with this establishment. Thank you so much Orlando, you’re the best!
