Ordered 2 Chipotle Steak with double meat for my wife n myself…. no cheese sauce on either, instead of all the meat on 1 sandwich, they sent “regular” portions on 2 seperate sandwiches, steak was over cooked and absolutely NO CHIPOTLE WAS ON ANY OF THE SANDWICHES!!!! We put our own sauce on it, good thing to cuz it was utterly flavorless. $20+ SANDWICHES…..and the “loaded fries”……. $13+ for a small portion of under cooked, soggy and cold fries, no cheese sauce and less than portion of over cooked steak stuck cold in cheese….. I will NEVER eat there or tell anyone to. Utterly disappointed. Between my order and the delivery I spent just under $100 on food that I should have drove back to the location and got my money back. Im pissed.

Definitely not worth the price. If you want to buy an over priced cheesesteak you might as well as go to pennstation. This was not worth the $19 spent. $19. For this. That’s not including a drink or anything. Pathetic. It tasted okay. Everything was seasoned and it came warm. However it was extremely messy and the meat was very ground up. More like ground beef than steak. It was okay but don’t spend your money.

i ordered delivery, 1 regular and 1 doubleitup cheesesteak regular with bacon. I got 3 super dry very little melted cheese no bacon and no cheese sauce on any sandwich. Do not under any circumstances order from them. They are over priced and serve terrible food and short you on your order. Absolutely stay away.

Knoxville – This is a VIRTUAL kitchen that is in Bravo.
We were late getting our food because nothing told us that they didn’t have their own building so we drove around looking for the business. We tried calling several times, but it kept taking us to a place to leave a message. I finally clicked that I was a driver, and that’s when I learned it was a virtual kitchen. I had to call Bravo and ask if they had orders for us… they did.
Food was cold… due to us not being able to find it. However, even if hot, the sandwich looked pitiful… hardly any meat on it, no cheese.
Do NOT eat here!!! Save your money!!

Placed order online. Called to pick up. Waited for 30 mins. Called in to ask about it. They stated they didn’t have the food to make our order. No call no one came out nothing. And then says they can’t refund us. We will not order from here again.

Wasn’t bad actually, a little pricey but hey that’s Uber eats for ya. The cheesesteak fries are MASSIVE like think KFC bucket with fries in it and they aren’t bad but not like great. Anyways the Philly itself isn’t bad but again not like crazy good and it came quick and hot.
