I ordered the basic small Cheesesteak and loaded fries through Uber Eats. I was skeptical based on the terrible reviews here but I was pleasantly surprised once my order delivered. Our food was presented well in the packaging. The sandwich was full of meat, cheese and roasted peppers. The loaded fries were tasty. Was it memorable? No. Would I order again? Probably not. Was it edible? Yes. It was quick food that we needed in a crunch on a Saturday night so hence the 4 star rating.

One of the worst Food experiences that I have ever had. I ordered delivery for a total of $20 plus taxes and fees that I cannot hold them responsible for. However, the food was absolutely horrible. It all tasted like it came out of a microwave and the fact that they charged almost $8 for this serving of frozen fries is bordering on immoral! Trust the reviews, I will never ever ever ever eat here again. Shut it down now!

Id leave no stars if I could. Way over priced and messed up my order. Ordered a philly and loaded fries. I got the sandwich but the loaded fries were not loaded, ice cold, and about 1/3 the portion on the picture. The Philly was on a bun the size of a hotdog bun. Should have gone to Jersey Mikes and gotten twice the sandwiches for half the price
Edit: just took a bite. Not edible at all. Both items are way over salted. Tastes like licking a salt block. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The food sucked. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The beef was the burnt crisps that are left on the griddle. Only one of the three subs I ordered was even close to correct. I ordered a chicken sub with peppers and got beef. They didn’t put cheese on that one either. My wife wanted a normal cheesesteak, and it came with no cheese and not even half a portion of the beef. The pictures you see on their page are not even close to what the actual subs look like. We ordered fries with cheese sauce on the side and got no cheese sauce. Literally worst food experience of my life. I should have ordered from Subway.

If I could give negative stars I would. I hurt my back and had decided to place an order for delivery because I can’t drive. I ordered a cheesesteak with mushrooms only and an extra side of cheese sauce. I got a cheesesteak that is loaded with bell peppers. There are more peppers than actually steak! I hate peppers and I never got my extra side of sauce, which isn’t a bad thing considering the cheese is nothing like the picture. I looked like a goopy, nasty paste. Would not recommend. We ordered 4 different types of cheese steak, and got the same sandwich 4x. The cheesesteaks were very small. The bucket of fries was not even remotely full, basically a handful of fries thrown in it. The fries were cold and soggy. Delivery took almost an hour. It was a very disappointing first experience. We will not be going again.

Ordered this via Ubereats, didn’t realize it was a ghost kitchen. The sandwiches were OK, but terribly overpriced. The meat was well-sliced, unlike the last cheesesteak I got elsewhere that was macerated to an almost ground beef texture. So points for that. The steak was wrapped in paper and the cheese on top stuck to it, so I was robbed of some of my precious cheese.
The peppers and mushrooms were in side cups, and cold. Very odd, but I figured it was some cheesesteak snobbery, so I was expecting something good from the sandwich LOL
The fries were in a bucket and were fine. The price was outrageous for the quality of food. I won’t fall for this again. Get the Big Boss Man at Larry’s Giant Subs. Or anything from Philly Cheesesteak.

The worst cheesesteak I have ever had. When I say the worst, I mean the worst !!! Soggy, no flavor and it did not even look like they know how to slice onions. I’m not sure what kind of meat is in it. I definitely will not pardon their cheesesteak. The fries are soggy as well and not cooked well. This place should close for good!
