Placed delivery order for 2 cheese Steaks and double fries. My bread was hard, no special Mayo include nor was sautéed onions and mushrooms which I paid extra for all. Only had Shredded cheese. The other didn’t have Ranch on it and Shredded cheese. The double order of fries I ordered was only approximately 10 fries. I called to speak to manager and after waiting 4 days I called back. They agreed to redo our whole order. We picked it up this time and I still didn’t get the sautéed onions or mushrooms and still Shredded cheese on both sandwiches but they didn’t have hoagie rolls available only sourdough bread. How ridiculous!!!! We will never order from there again!!!!

Do not go off of the pictures on the menu. Ordered the buffalo chicken sub. It was two small tenders on a bun with a hint of buffalo. The cheese steak fries were burnt to the point we threw them away. Stay away from this one. Had high hope from the menu pictures.

50/50 if you’ll get the correct food if ordering from uber or Instacart. Very inconsistent amount and quality of food. No way to contact the store directly, emailing them is a waste of time. All in all just a bad experience and I can’t say horrible customer service…..well because there is none.
