Ordered 2 Pardon My Cheesesteaks and Double Up fries for pickup. The Hostess was courteous and friendly at the restaurant but after arriving at home to eat, it went downhill quickly from there. The cheesesteaks were a combination of dried out steak and grease. There was minimal to no cheese and the “double-up” fries order was about the equivalent of a small order of fries from a drive thru. I think the name of “Pardon My Cheesesteak” is appropriately named, they do need a “pardon” for serving those sandwiches.

Probably won’t eat at this place or any other locations again. Half of our order was missing. There really is no value to me for a combo meal if you leave out half the food. And what we got wasn’t well labeled, so good luck figuring out if this is the buffalo cheesesteak or not. Just really sloppy and poor operational skills by the staff. Especially for food that is mediocre at best.

Decided to try a different place today. I placed an online order and received a completely different order. No drinks nor utensils. No cheesesteak fries. No side sauce. I received literally 1 cheesesteak sandwich in the bag. The sandwich was stuck to the wrapper. The wrapper was so greasy on the outside. Never again.

Tell me how I received an uber delivery order that I ordered from here, on the app…and, the to-go containers, and receipt (which had my name) say ihop? I’m so confused because the order was right. Also, the chicken bacon ranch wasn’t cut, even though it says thinly sliced. It was just a whole small piece of chicken, bacon slices, and a cheap slice of cheese, half melted. The hoagie bun was only half toasted, and barely, at that.

Ordered Lunch for Staff, and Uber. Food was “ok”, but you put all of our orders in bag, with very poor packaging, mess everywhere. You took the time to buy stickers and place them on it, but couldn’t find the time to mark what each sandwich is. 2 Sandwiches were also wrong, but right on the receipt.
What a mess.

This place is definitely not it. Ordered online and they didn’t put the extra cheese on the side in me or my girlfiend’s order (they make sure to upcharge and take your money for it though). The food isn’t super great. Not a whole lot of taste. There was a hair in my fries. When I tried to call, it does a whole speech in English and Spanish and then just hangs up. Won’t be ordering here again.
