One picture is from their menu, the other is what we got. The lack of mix-ins that they do at this location is grounds for false advertisement. Two of us ordered the same thing so they mixed two cups together. One small handful of graham cracker and two plastic spoonfuls of raspberries were all they put in. We had whole bites of plain ice cream in a “mixed” cup.
We also ordered a kids cup with Oreo on top and she broke up ONE Oreo to put on it.

Definitely a convenient location. My son and I were on our date and he wanted ice cream. No better ice cream than Coldstone. Didn’t open till 12:30. Bummer. I understand why, but 3 years old don’t. Prices are high but quality is excellent. Friendly staff and have some outdoor seating.

The wife and I had such a great experience this past Wednesday evening (8.14.2024.) When we walked in the door we were greeted by 3 friendly faces Cameren, K’lin, and Donna. (yes I did ask them to spell there names for me) I really hope I got those right. The girls were so much fun and made us feel right at home. They were camera shy, but I will include a couple pics from our visit.
Y’all the place was spotless, the bathroom was clean, and y’all gotta try Coffee, with Reeses Cups, and caramel!!! SO GOOD!!!

It was my first time so it’s to soon for a rating any higher. I have to try more flavors first. I tried the somewhere over the rain dough. It was way to sweet for me like I expect ice cream to be sweet but that was diabetes in a cup .

Very good icecream flavors to choose from and 4.99 for large icecream bowl is not bad at all. You can add waffle bowl or cone option as well. Lots of toppings to choose from as well if you like to add toppings on your icecream. Staff was friendly as well. Service was quick and they also let you taste 2-3 flavors before you can make that tough choice of picking the right icecream flavor. I like that they let you mix and match 2 flavors in one bowl. They also have some of their standard signature menu items if you are too confused to order. The reason I gave 4 star and not 5 is cause they were out of waffle cone on summer Sunday afternoon. I will come back and try to get waffle bowl next time.

Wanted to order an ice cream cake that no longer exists, so I called and talked with someone who helped me figure out how to recreate it. It was a custom cake order, made in advance. It was ready when it was supposed to be, and I’m told that the pick up was easy (someone got it for me). I called twice with questions and both times I talked with friendly, helpful people. We were able recreate the old cake, almost exactly, and everyone loved it!! Great experience overall, would definitely get another cake from this location.

Management and workers are very rude and nasty. Refused to serve me a waffle bowl after I waited to be acknowledged for 10 minutes. The reason was because the manager took the waffle cones to the back because they were about to close. I then asked why they couldn’t get one from the back. Again I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Horrible experience worker tried arguing with me and manager refused to talk to me.

They are absolutely ridiculous! I did an Ubereats order at this establishment and ordered two mid sized desserts. They sent two small sized and tried to hide it in a mid sized cup. I didn’t get reimbursed for the cost I was cheated out of. DO NOT do a delivery order with this place. They are crooks!

So I’m pregnant and all I’ve been craving is cold stones Apple pie ice cream. I went today to get some ice cream. I arrived at 7:30, online says they close at 8 and the sign on the front of the building as well. I get there and the doors are locked but the two workers are standing in there behind the counter…. 30 MINUTES before closing time. I almost placed the order on my app to just pick up and I’m glad I didn’t. This really pissed me off especially since they just stood there staring at me. Change the hours on the building and on google if you’re going to be closed sooner.
