Ordered online from one location it put order to another location. Went to both and there’s no physical storefront for the order that I Apple paid. Called customer service and got a voicemail. 10/10 do not recommend getting scammed

First, they advertise that more cheese sauce is added to the subs. That is the WHOLE ENTIRE reason we wanted the subs in the first place. The subs were cold on arrival. One sub was supposed to be a chicken cheesesteak and they gave me regular steak. I was suppose to have cheese sauce on my fries, there barely was any, no seasoning on the fries at all.
Plus, we ordered the brownies which are cold but still soft and good. However, they are priced and described to come with the caramel sauce. There was no caramel sauce in my bag or container.
I usually do not take the time to write reviews but they do not have an actual store you can go to. I honestly wanted to pick the order up and make sure it was going to be correct.
It’s a nice concept and have potential but there’s definetely room for improvement for the price if a 6inch sub at $10.

Ordered delivery online. And they messed it up. Cheesesteak was horrible. Cold and not edible. I also ordered fries with ranch, and a drink. I got cold fries and Cheesesteak and no ranch or drink. I will not be back
