Ordered delivery from this place and they forgot half the order. The driver said “another driver is on his way with the food right now”. An hour later I call to see what’s going on and they tell me the driver never told them anything was wrong. (This is now over 2 hours after the original order). I asked them to explain why the driver told me it was on its way and they defended the driver saying it was a simple mistake. Finally received the food 2 and a half hours later and they wouldn’t do anything to make it up to us. No money off our order, no free soda, nothing. The food itself was nothing to write home about either. My fries were so overcooked I threw most of them away and my grinder was tiny + mostly lettuce. I see why they have the worst reviews in town now, they simply don’t care.

Whoever made my cheeseburger grinder On Friday May 26th at around 11 am made the best cheeseburger grinder I’ve had from paramount. The fries were cooked perfect and this has been the best experience I’ve had with them. I hope you keep that cook in the kitchen! The cook gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

If you want to order a regular BLT, only to have it slathered with unadvertised, inedible white american cheese, this is the place for you. To be fair, the bacon was good and crispy. Bread stale, veggies puny, and nasty white american “cheese” goop plastering everything…why? No one puts that on a BLT. It’s not listed on the menu as coming with that, and I didn’t make any alterations to the order in any way. Someone in the kitchen must’ve had a hangover. We used to get take out every now and then from here and it was fine, the BLT’s were solid as were some other selections. The last few attempts have ended in deep disappointment as things like the above occur. Staff manages to emanate equal-parts surliness and lethargy, and appear to be moments from OD’ing on class B substances. Best thing about this place is that their website has listed “Chicken GORDON Blue” and “Chicken Piccutu” for years now, but sadly, it seems that all else has fallen by the wayside as well now. Avoid at all costs.

If I can give a 0 I would. I have given this place several tries considering they are one of few that deliver in Palmer but each time the food is burnt and undercooked all at the same time. It’s ridiculous. Delivery driver banged on my door like a police officer. Never giving this place another shot
