If you think you have had the best pork Ribs & Brisket. Forget about it!
I found the Real Deal, this has to be a “must stop” and you will thank me for this recommendation.
The smoke house outback, is incredibly impressive, huge Hut with Huge smokers and tons of firewood, that says it all. The aroma carries you inside the facility that has restaurant, restrooms, gift shops and store for beverages and more. It’s also convenient to gas up at pump right across.
Back to the ribs & Brisket, fall off the bone, tender, juicy and a flavor you just can’t Stop eating and eating, mmmmmmmmmmm.

Very nice food from the grill. Everything clean and tidy. Service was fast and friendly. We went at the most busy hours. 2 minutes in line, food came after 5 minutes to the table. We will definitely come back 🙂 even though it’s not the cheapest parador

beware of this tourist trap!! They will overcharge and add items you didn’t order to your bill. Multiple times I had to get ny bill revised and items removed
I kept going because the food is good but no food will ever be good enough to make me go back to place where I feel ripped off. I realized I wasn’t the only one and that other customers complain about the same.

Great spot at La Carretera via Samana, lots of great stop here for a nice fix of pork(chicharron) and ribs(costillitas) meats are all soft and tender… cant skip the side like maduros, yuca pureè, and the cheese Quipe… its a must, all aoets of beverages, fruit juices and alcoholic beverages…

The BBQ ribs were to DIE FOR, I was so happy with my experience I will definitely be coming back whenever I am in town. The chicharrones were crispy, and all the sides were flavorful and filling. A wide variety of drinks and desserts to choose from. Overall a great spot to take your family to get them nice and full. Thank you

Delicious food, a huge selection of beef, chicken, pork, goat and even seafood prepared perfectly!
