So I have a red meat allergy and have had issues try to find places to eat. My husband and I was traveling through Joplin and got breakfast here. Mercedes was our server so was sweet and very understanding to my allergy I had lots of questions and concerns but she patiently answered them and and also got her manager Debbie who was so understanding and knowledgeable about how the food was prepared these two ladies were absolutely wonderful!! I so much appreciate being able to hold a meal down, and felt normal for the first time since being diagnosed! Also want to thank the cook staff for preparing a fantastic meal!! Hands down the best experience I have had thanks to all of you!

Love their breakfast, but sometimes you get good pancakes and sometimes you don’t! All the employees are great except for one rude old lady. Telling me to not take my food I already paid for…. Like what? Other than those 2 little things, it’s good.

After a really rough day, I wanted comfort food and Cracker Barrel came through! Their fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and fried apples were actually 2 meals for me. Curbside delivered to my car with a smile and let me go home and enjoy a feast in peace and quiet. I need to treat myself more often! Everything was prepared to perfection. Best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time.

Went to cracker barrel in Joplin Missouri. The food was hot and fantastic. You could talk and there was hardly no noise. And it was crowded, plenty room for people. Even for larger groups and then we bought stuff in the gift shop and they are so friendly. The host walks around and asks you questions. How’s your food? Anything? I could get you, they were so sweet and they’re very friendly.That’s my favorite place to go

We had only one incident in 2 years and the management was very nice. They forgot our scrambled eggs and my coffee on a delivery. They were very nice at rectifying the situation..

Have nothing bad to say. There were 3 of us we all had fried chicken with Mac and cheese hash brown casserole .my wife had the green beans instead of the hash brown casserole. my wife and I got unsweetened tea our friend had water with lemon it was clean, and the waitress made sure to make sure our drinks were always topped off the corn bread muffins and biscuits where fresh and hot. The Mac and cheese was delicious. the hash brown casserole was freaking good you have to try the hash brown casserole you will not regret it the chicken was hot and juicy we will definitely be back this place is amazing give them a try you will be glad you did oh and it was a little over 50 dollars for all 3 of us to eat I thought that was fair considering the quality of the food

The Smokehouse Chicken breasts were delicious and plentiful! With the sides, there was more food than I could eat, so I took home leftovers and had lunch ready for the next day. I’m in WW, and the chicken breasts are zero points. My husband had his usual…chicken fried steak, and he said it was wonderful. Service was excellent and we had a great meal.
