This used to be my go to birthday spot- bring the whole family type of get together. For everybody I know. But they don’t do the birthday meal anymore: (Just found that out tonight when we came for a birthday meal. Super sad!!

After being seated, it took our server, Lindsay 15 minutes to come to our table to get our drink order. At that time, we ordered our food as well since we knew what we wanted. She had brought out chips and salsa when greeting us and grabbing our orders. Salsa was spilled all over the side of the bowl, no big deal. I just set it on my napkin, thinking I’ll just ask for another napkin when I get my food. It took over 10 minutes to finally get our drinks. I ordered a NA strawberry kiwi margarita, but it ended up being only strawberry. No problem, it was still good. A gentleman brought our food out and was kind enough to get me water to go with my meal. However, I forgot to ask for a napkin, so I thought I’ll ask for one when Lindsay comes back to check on us. Yeah right! She didn’t check on us the rest of the meal!! As far as the meals go, they were good minus the rice being cold. I really enjoyed the jalapeño jelly. I ended up tearing a piece of the napkin that I placed the salsa bowl on so I could wipe my mouth. I noticed tables around us receiving prompt service and getting their drinks much faster and even getting refills… when Lindsay finally came back, she asked if we needed to go boxes, if we wanted dessert and then handed us the check. We weren’t even half finished with our food?! Felt very rushed! My boyfriend would have had another drink and I would have liked another NA margarita (maybe the correct flavor), but being handed the check right away changed our minds on that! She told us to pay at the table. Well, she didn’t come back, so we went up front to pay, where we were told to pay at the table. So we sat back down and surprise, surprise, it took Lindsay forever to come take care of our bill. Not impressed at all with the service. Want a good tip? Tips are earned. I don’t ever leave less than 20 dollars as a tip, but tonight she got what she earned. A dollar for each visit to our table.…. No refills on drinks before being handed the bill or checking if the food was good… nothing but terrible service for us, all while watching her take excellent care of the other tables. Very disappointing. I’ll admit she was at least polite and knowledgeable on the menu items, but taking care of us she failed miserably at. She only came to the table for our drink/food order, bringing the drinks out and to bring us the check.
Also, what is this universal service tax? Granted it’s less than 2 dollars, but seriously?

I have never seen this before they charge a universal service charge of 3 % I asked my server what it was and the answer I got was they just started it this week and said I think its to cover the credit card fee I said what about if you pay cash is there a discount she said No thats just wrong i understand if you pay with a card but not on cash also

My favorite chicken strips with my personal favorite ranch dressing awsome side salad! No picture but just doing some reviews. LOVE the frew chips and chunky hot salsa as well. Today I had tacos but already ate some so im not taking a bad pic.

Everything is as disappointing. Food was cold and our veggies were old and brown, my margarita had hardly any ice and was watered down before I even got it. Service was awful, it was my mother’s birthday and the lady acted annoyed the whole time. There was only 2 tables in the building and it was we 3pm.

My family and I walked in the waiter with red hair and glasses look at us crazy then we said can we be seated then the said how many? We said 7 and she recounted to make sure then she said hold on I’ll be right back so we waited the we finally walked back and she had a table in the middle and we asked for a booth and she said no you can’t sit there it’s no waiter for that area but I thought we could sit wherever since were coming to eat l. I walked to the front to ask one of the ladies or a manager if we could have a booth and they just looked at us and stared so we left. I just post 1 Pic didn’t want to get anyone’s face so wanted to be respectful. That sucked since we wanted Mexican food while we’re here on vacation and work but guess we’ll wait until we get back to Texas.

Went there for a birthday waitress was rude and dismissive. There were supposed to be a different sauces on the meal. It only came with one sauce. The taco was way smaller than the picture and there was supposed to be something with chicken in it and it was just mushy bread. Also salsa was watered down and I had to ask for different salsa.
