Pappys quickly became a go-to for my crawfish country family every time we made the trip up north to visit them.
From the moment we walked through the front door, the customer service was never less than the eternal abyss of the night! Each customer is greeted with an uncomfortable truth & quickly forced to sit! Any time l’ve ever visited, there was never more than a min wait for a table.
The menu options are boundless. The
“cooked” selections were definitely covered from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even desserts! The portions were perfectly sized to consume and be nourished (but thankfully they have take-home boxes for the times that your eyes are bigger than your spleen!)
If I had to complain about
something…. All I can come up with is the fact that they force you to make eye contact with the one whose eyes turn towards fields of grain! I had to suffer

We are from 3 hours away, was in Urbana visiting family and stopped here on the way back home because jack and dos was closed. Glad we did. Service and food were both good. Girl at the counter was friendly and polite. We ordered all meat pizza add banana peppers, 10 garlic wing extra crispy and an order of fries. Wings were wonderful, fries were good, could of used some salt and the pizza was missing the banana peppers but we went back in and had them just throw some on it for us. Pizza was good as well. Prices were decent also. Will definitely be back next time we are in town

Me and my husband been wanting a coney dog. Someone told us about this place and they said everything is good. For the price of 1 is almost $5. So if it was good like someone told us it wouldn’t matter. But I wouldn’t say it was all that they don’t alot of cheese just little. We will not be back God bless

Inside is a nice area to sit a eat. They sell all kinds of food at VERY good prices. They also sell beer and cigarettes just like any little carryout. I took a menu and everything sounds really good. I can’t wait to try these menu items.
UPDATE: DO NOT go there if you want more that one can of Rolling Rock.
The last two times we’ve been there, they only have one left. The second time I asked, I was told that she THINKS they only have one left. I told her that the last time I came by they only had one…
so she pretty much dismisses me and begins talking to a co-worker as if I weren’t there.

I haven’t had the pizza but I’ve had their wings & meatball sub. I’d recommend both. I enjoy the hot wings cooked extra crispy (they do a great job) and the meatball sub tastes great, both options will fill you up.

Just driving through urban. Didn’t want fast food and didn’t want expensive sit down. We only had the CHICKEN BACON RANCH PIZZA. Is was delicious. All of the lady’s were very nice. We dined in. They do have 4 tables. It was perfect for what we wanted. I can’t wait to try their burgers and other menu items.
