I ordered a chicken souvlaki sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onions, and tzatziki sauce, and from the moment I walked in, I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant itself looked spotless, organized, and very cozy.
The gentleman at the front, who happened to be a very handsome blonde! — was welcoming and professional. I noticed his wedding ring, so lucky wife! Hehe. He took my order and told me it would be about 5–10 minutes, but my food was ready in just three. Talk about fast service.
By 3 PM on a Tuesday, the parking lot was pretty empty, so I decided to enjoy my sandwich right there in the car—and wow, it did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious, super filling, and packed with amazing flavor.
Five stars all the way. I would definitely love to come back again, next time to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere in person! Thank you.

One of the best if not the best Greek restaurant I’ve been to in America. Tastes and feels just like a slice of Greece. I can’t recommend a better place that is more delicious and has the same atmosphere as a Greek taverna. I must have ordered half the menu and nothing has been disappointing and I can’t wait to come back.

Some of the best service in all the Greek places I had been to and also super fast. I love restaurant that give you something free to start off your meal like Korean food, free bread in French place and free olives here.
They are busy. We got here around 7 pm prime time and there are shoveling out orders from the kitchen. We got our dishes in and didn’t wait long. I assume they are well organized and seasoned chef.
I love love the trio dips and the mix grill we had for entree. The waiter is so nice to give us extra sauce and pita bread. I would like to get extra veggie next time or double the trio dips.
Service again is super. Place is huge can probably hold around 50 people or more. I think they do catering and parties as well. Definitely worth a visit.

We found Pappous Greek Kitchen returning from a trip to the Bronx Zoo. The reviews were spot on. This experience was one of the best our family has encountered. The food was fantastic. We eat Mediterranean a lot, and this was some of the best we’ve ever had. The service was great and ambiance was very enjoyable. We tried the house sangria and even bought some to take home. If you enjoy Mediterranean food, Pappous delivers some of the best. Highly recommended.

Very impressed! My husband and I had a lovely lunch here yesterday. The decor is adorable and the food was delicious. The toasted pita comes drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of herbs which is a lovely touch. The tzatziki was absolutely amazing, and I found mixing it into the Greek salad gave it a flavorful pop. The salad was very fresh, and coffee nice and strong. Very excited to have a new place to go.

We came here for dinner after several meetings this afternoon. It was just about a mile and a half away from where we were an hour before they close we arrived. The wait was short. Papoose Greek kitchen is such a gem, you had me, Cabanna, red sangria, souvlaki, pork and falafel. The starter was hot pita with olives and a lemon olive oil drip so good the prices are insanely reasonable. The service is so amazing. Our server was Julia. She was lovely. The energy at the place was, very captivating. This is what you want in your neighborhood restaurant that appeals to everyone with the service food and the ambience.
