We went to three Pappasitos in three days – I45, Webster, then 610 near the stadium. The food was consistent at all three. We had margaritas, old fashion, the trio quail, beef fajitas, and shrimps. Great meals and service all three days. The servers (Peyton, Andrea, and Alicia) respectively were amazing. First class service. We just had dinner at Michelin star restaurant on Saturday so service is on our mind. All three servers were up to par. Alicia stood out the most with adding the bit extra.

I ordered the carnitas burrito, and it was a masterpiece. The slow-cooked pork was incredibly tender and packed with savory, rich flavor in every bite. The fillings were perfectly balanced, and the tortilla was perfectly toasted, making for a truly satisfying and hearty meal.
I also couldn’t resist trying the steak fajita nachos, and I’m so glad I didn’t hold back. These were not your average nachos—they were loaded with incredibly tender and flavorful fajita steak, and all the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. The combination of the perfectly cooked steak, fresh guacamole, and sour cream on crispy tortilla chips was a delicious and unforgettable appetizer.

What a fun place! First time there and would definitely come back.
Our server was the nicest (Oscar) when they were out of the dish I wanted they helped me come up with a non spicy alternative and kuddos to the kitchen for the alterations. Husband had the seafood tacos and loved them too!
Overall a great, fun vibe worth checking out for small and large groups!

Pappasito’s is touch and go. The servers work so hard and I have never had a bad experience with service. But they get backed up with food and drinks. Again, not the fault of servers or bartenders. The drinks are food are amazing!
Big issue with the atmosphere is the closeness of the tables. Barely any elbow room. No one should sit at a restaurant and be so close to another table that they hear conversations around them. Pappasito’s – please change this. I love your food so much! But I digress – get the queso! Get the Reserva Margarita! And I think it’s Wednesday nights for fajitas!

The salsa for the nachos were not spicy and i liked it.
The place was neat and clean. I like the varieties of lighting in the restaurant – colorful and relaxing.

GP gave us absolutely incredible service, I might go as far as to say he gave the best service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. The food was spectacular, spent almost no time waiting for food/table/service. Very polite and attentive, any request we had, he was already there to get it for us. He even brought us to-go boxes before we even had the chance to ask! Absolutely phenomenal experience. Im gonna have to be back for those beef fajitas.

The vibe at this location was amazing! We waited at the bar to be seated and were greeted by Banda. It was a nice touch and made thw wait delightful. The drink were cute and delicious. The food was okay. My chicken was dry and a bit bland the server also forgot to bring out my sides and tortillas but she was polite and quick. Overall the restataunt was great and I def recommend if you are enjoying a meal with friends or family for any occasion casual or even a Birthday dinner.
