Pappas Delta Blues Smokehouse delivers some of the best elevated BBQ I’ve had. The warm, lodge style atmosphere sets the tone the moment you walk up to the neon lit entrance. We ordered a variety of dishes, and everything was spot on. The ribs were beautifully smoked with a deep, flavorful bark, the sausage was juicy with a perfect snap, and the smoked turkey was surprisingly tender and packed with flavor. The sides especially the creamed corn, beans, and coleslaw were just as impressive and felt thoughtfully prepared rather than filler.
We also tried the steak plates, and they were outstanding: cooked perfectly and topped with rich caramelized onions and mushrooms, plus hearty sides like loaded baked potatoes and mashed potatoes. The BBQ nachos were a standout appetizer, overflowing with queso, pulled pork, jalapeños, and sour cream. And the warm apple dessert with ice cream was the perfect ending.
The only disappointment was the brisket being sold out! a big letdown for a BBQ lover. But our server, Samuel, more than made up for it. Even with a packed restaurant and our large group, he was attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Excellent food, excellent service, highly recommend and can’t wait to return (hopefully for the brisket next time!).

Our first time at Delta Blues Smokehpuse, the food was delicious. We ordered the BBQ Feast platter, which is enough for up to four people; everyone ate well and left satisfied. Excellent service. The only downside was that the food took a little while, but it was worth the wait. We went on Sunday at 3 pm.

Very friendly service. Clean restaurant with ample parking. We had the deviled eggs and split a Nackos Bbq. The serving sizes were generous. The food was delicious with alot of original spices and flavor. The pickeled onions were delicious and added great flavor. Great place. The nachos were split between two plates and were large enough neither of us could finish our portion. The smoked bbq meat was delicious.

I visit this place today and it was my first time and I gotta say I am very impressed. Nicholas M was my server. He was very happy very professional and very knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended a few things on the menu, but I ended up trying their prime beef brisket with green beans and mac & cheese and it was delicious. Also, they made it super special for being my first time there that I got a free dessert. I highly recommend this place. The food was amazing, The service was great and the price was also great. I will totally come back here.

Give SAMUEL A RAISE! HE SAVED MY 50TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION IN THE CLUTCH! He was respectful, professional.and friendly. He had good knowledge of the menu and suggested the chicken fried steak, said it’s a good ratio of meat to breading and he was right! He was on.point with clearing the wings appetizer, i love their wings and ranch and bleu cheese dressing. I also tasted my moms.brisket sandwich with the sweet BBQ sauce and the mustard is my favorite. I didnt try the spicy habanero. The cheesecake looks deelish and I can’t wait to dig in tomorrow! I will.be back for your weekday happy hour where the wings are $6.95 instead of $14.95! Mon to Friday 3 to 6pm.

The waitress (Ruth) was awesome. Im on a buisness trip and wanted BBQ before I head back to Louisiana. When my glass of tea was almost empty a new glass of tea would magically appear. As with all the Pappas restaurants food was good. But Ruth was an all-star waitress and made for a great dinning experience!

This place never upsets me.. from the appetizers to the entrees and the drinks… appetizers- deviled eggs with brisket on top are my go to, and then the pork belly bites are awesome . Can’t confront with the bbq nachos either..
Entree- I’ve had the smothered chops, which are awesome, the fried catfish, incredible, but the smoked chicken n sausage gumbo was phenomenal . Loved it and its a very nice portion bowl. This place does not let me down . The meats are also to die for .

I was there during Sunday brunch with my brother. He got the 16oz ribeye. I got the Cadillac baked potato. Good food. Great service. Good atmosphere. They posted on their menu that Tuesday nights there’s a deal for a $20 steak. I’d like to see what that’s about and report back. So in short, I’d go back for supper!

The pork ribs are the star of the show; they were well smoked, and perfectly tender. Brisket was ok and the sides also had good flavor. For the price of the plate I feel like you definitely get your money’s worth when compared to other barbecue restaurants. Wait service from Ruth was excellent as I have come to expect from the Pappa’s brand.

Sat at bar (as of right now) Tom and Natalie are just killing it. Here for happy Hour so had the whiskey smash (a bit sweet and more peach fruit forward than I was expecting but good) and a margarita or 2.
Had the smoke bonding, spicy, and the smoked wings. For 1 person a very filling meal. Prompt service, they both remembered my name and everything was prompt.
May come back tomorrow!
