I’ve found my new happy hour spot. Montgomery is kind and attentive. The food I’ve had here is great, lunch is my fav. For $7 a martini at happy hour I can try all their seasonal cocktails

Absolutely loved our lunch experience here! The place has a welcoming vibe with lots of natural light and nice decor. The food was all SO good and reasonably priced – we got the bang bang cauliflower appetizer, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and the marinated tofu rice bowl. Highly recommend all of it! They also had a great selection of wine by the glass and an extensive cocktail list. Definitely looking forward to coming back for dinner sometime soon. 🙂

My husband and I were here randomly for the first time on Valentine’s day and it may have been the best dinner out that we’ve ever had. They provided a special 4 course valentines menu and every course was impressive. The atmosphere was relaxed but decorated romantically for the occasion and our server Lauren was super nice and attentive. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be back.

We went to 48 Donley for my Fiancé’s birthday. The service we received from London and Montgomery was top notch. The cocktails were awesome, especially the Paloma I had. I had the filet entree, ordered medium and it was cooked to perfection. The fish special my fiance had was also incredible. Amazing place, highly recommend.

Basic room – somewhat industrial vibe, but basic tables and chairs (see photos). On the river walk, nice, but the water view is blocked by Table 9 restaurant across the pathway.
Limited menu. Oh, note that the best menu for selection and prices posted out front is not available for dinner — it’s actually the lunch menu (not apparent)
Low value (food vs price) – $24 for six average ravioli. No sides. Nothing. Not even any bread. Yup, that was an entre, not an appetizer.
Staff — super! Friendly and accommodating. In particular, Server Luna was professional and was the best aspect of the experience at 48 Donley.
Overall, do not recommend.

Definitely a hidden gem of Morgantown, food has been amazing every time I’ve came, I went to their Wine Pairing Dinner there a few months ago as well, one of the best dining experiences I’ve had since moving to Morgantown! Paris was my bartender this evening and he was extremely prompt in getting me drinks and even made a perfect recommendation for the Brandied Apple!

Visited Morgantown for five days and ate here twice for lunch!! Awesome food, wine list, service and location!! Great prices!! A must visit!! Ask for Montgomery, fantastic server!
The website says they’re only open for lunch Wednesday to Friday. Not true. Call first, but we are eating here on Monday!

We had a reservation for an anniversary and were planning on having a nice dinner. Instead we sat for 15 minutes and no one came up to us. Then finally we flagged down a server who only took our drink order of a coke. 15 more minutes later we got up and left. As we got up the waitress said “Is everything okay?” after she still did not have our drinks in hand. I told her we had been waiting for over 25 minutes and she just gave a blank stare back. No other service staff noticed us either and we were sitting in the middle of the restaurant. Definitely won’t be returning.

We made a reservation for our anniversary, showed up on time and was seated quickly. It took 20 minutes to even get someone to acknowledge us. Eventually a waitress came up and got our drink order, simply a coke and a lemon. Then 15 more minutes pass with that waitress and many other staff walking past our table, no one even looked at us. The restaurant wasn’t terribly busy especially for a Friday night. We got up and left without ever getting the coke we ordered after being there for 30 minutes. Wish I could tell you how the food was, but we didn’t even get that far. Will. Not. Be. Back.
