This was an alright pizza joint. Called in a pick up on the way to a Bills game. The Buffalo NY style Pizza was good, soda cooler was damn near empty. The pizza had a good amount of toppings, a lot of cheese. That’s how they do it in the area.

I’m not sure if there was a new employee working or what but this is what the entire sub looked like. Not what I remember ordering from pap’s.
Literally a sliver of meat across my entire sub AND I had added bacon to it.
As soon as I took the subs out of the bag I knew something was off. Literally looked like I picked up foot longs from Ted’s, that’s how small they were.

Disgusting. First bite of large pizza and a huge dark brown hair was embedded in the cheese!!!
What was worse was the response I got from the manager, Judy. Instead of apologies she said “it happens I guess”. She acted truly bothered when I showed her and asked for a refund. I brought her back the entire pizza and she acted as if a refund was an unreasonable request. Didn’t even offer something complimentary. Not that I would have taken it. Horrible customer service

Really good pizzas. The meatball sub is a MUST HAVE! It is by far one of the best meatball sub I ever. The meatballs are sliced, which is really nice.

Not much of a dinning area. A few tables and booths. I Perfer to only do take out. Pizza on Wed deal is pretty good. The pizza is constant. Nice flavor sauce. Plenty of cheese and tasty pepperoni. We added onions and the pizza was wonderful. Highly recommend. Pizza will always take longer than expected. Allow 35min no matter what they say. I tend to always wait. Wednesday is the day to go for the special large cheese & one item. Try you’ll be back!!!

Located 45 minutes outside of Buffalo NY, this pizzaria is a go to when you stop in Orchard Park NY. When I first came in this place, you can tell from the warmth and homey feeling that this is a mom and pops place. They serve different kinds of traditional pizzas, pastas, subs and finger foods. You can either dine in or take your food to go, either way, you will receive great customer service. For appetizer, my sister-in-law and I ordered wings , in medium heat and a side of bleu cheese. The wings was huge in itself can be considered a whole meal if you eat it alone for an order of 10.
For our entree, we ordered baked spaghetti with meatballs and fried dough with melted butter and powdered sugar. Let me tell you guys something, even a restaurant serves simple food, it has to be perfect; and you know what?, they nailed it.
The pasta was cooked perfectly and it pairs great with the baked melted cheese. This meal came with homemade garlic bread and a side salad. The fried dough was fried right as well and the butter that was on top was evenly coated on top. Moist and delicious, it can be considered as either a savory dish or a dessert.
A must go especially at lunch time, I would recommend this place hands down.

Ordered a sheet pizza for delivery. It had been awhile since l last ordered from them and was very pleased I did. Pizza was even better than I remembered. I was especially impressed that it was delivered hot and on time during a typical Southtowns snowstorm. Thanks Pappaceno’s!!

I have been Oder and waiting for 35 minutes. When my brother go to pick up and open it at home it was messed and missing my pepperoni. And I go back to the store they admitted that I ordered it but they forgot to write it down and didn’t charge me. What do you mean, you forgot to put what I asked for on there, that’s not my fault , and then the crust is burnt, but the cheese and sauce are all messy, they keep saying that I fell down, I was upside down, excuse me. I was walking around one minutes away from the store.they had bad attitude and will never come back again

The pizza and subs are delicious here . The sheet pizzas and buckets of wings are totally worth it for a get together (especially if you live in op.) The mozzarella cheese is so fresh . Something about the sauce here hits different in such a good way- not too spicy, not too sweet. There is something very home-like about the environment. The delivery guy, Rod, is also super nice. Definitely would recommend this spot !
