I first came to Papa Gyros about 2 years ago when I lived close by, and had just moved to Katy. Recently I’ve been seeing Chris, and all of his videos in my Instagram feed, and it reminded me I hadn’t been here for so long. Went back today, and was instantly reminded this is my favorite Greek restaurant around. Great service, great food! Portions size with the plates is awesome! My son loved his burger, and I loved the hotdog I got. We ordered a second identical plate to go, and also got a bunch of baklava to go! Sadly we will be moving away soon, but this place is great and we will always try to stop in whenever we visit the area!

We have seen Papa Gyro’s videos on social media he seemed very friendly and welcoming. So the family and I decided to stop by and give them a try, and man let me tell you it was definitely worth it! Chris the owner was not only friendly but the hospitality was amazing. He walked around to his customers asking them if everything was okay and speaking them everyone as an owner should do with their customers for a more personal experience. The food was amazing we literally almost tried everything he had to offer. We had one small hiccup in our order and Chris took care of it no questions asked. We had a wonderful first time experience with Chris and it will not be our last. Thank you Chris for being an amazing owner and actually caring about your customers.

What a gem! Great gyros, italian beef and burgers. We were in the area and stopped by for lunch and we’re greeted immediately upon entering. The owner was manning the register and provided a wonderful experience. Fast service and quality food at a reasonable price, and they even have a drive thru! Nice covered outdoor seating area with music. Will definitely come back to try other items.

Gyro and Sausage combo were tasty and served in a nice size portion.
Fries were nice and seasoned.
Customer service was very nice, drink machine handles were neat, and the sauces were amazing.
Parking was not the issue, more just entering and exiting.
Can’t wait to come back and try something different.

1st time stopping in here after driving by it a few times and always wondering if it was good. Today was the day as I couldn’t make Greek Fest, but keep the spirit alive by instead coming here for the first time with my son. We were not disappointed! Great atmosphere, service, and tasting food! Prices are fair and the menu has a ton of variety and it all sounds yummy! Tried their original Gyro today and thought it was excellent. Their food menu is one thing, but keep in mind they have a great dessert menu as well. Everyone who served us, took our order, etc were very nice. Place was spotless. Greek music playing lightly in the background, tv on wall with football, Greek meets 50’s diner – love it!! Excellent dinning experience all around. Will definitely be coming back soon.

One day it rain so much the sky got dark and road started flood that even the lightning outside cause and outage. Fortunately for us this establishment either has a generator or they just continue cooking everytime the lights came back on since work continued and food was still coming out hot. Also there was a very strong wind but this place stayed strong. Thank you for the wonderful times.
