Worst McDonalds in and around the whole city. Took 10 minutes to refund me a shake and the whole time the rest of my order was just sitting in the backs getting cold. I order a shake on menu and then they come out 5 minutes later to tell me they don’t have shakes or ice cream. Are you still using that same excuse about the machine? I’m sure it works but workers are too lazy to make it or do anything about it . And by the look of all the negative feedback for this location it seems like you don’t care to fix the problems there either. Ridiculous

Unfortunately the hours listed have been incorrect for some time. They have been closed on multiple occasions now before 10pm. I’ve had to wait several days for a cancelation for mobile orders and the app doesn’t allow you to place another order until the first is finished. This is quite frustrating when trying to grab a quick bite.

A manager told me, “We don’t do refill due to a sanitation issue!” If this was so the restaurant should be shut down even though it is a prime real-estate in central Modesto! However when getting my Food Handlers Permit and Food Managers Permit there way nothing stated about not serving a customer 1 more refill.
On the other hand the sanitation of the bathrooms and place of business needs to be way better. I know the owners other location and have done reviews on 2 of the location so far! This location is the worse of all locations!

I usually come by here at night, maybe around 9:30 to 10:30 and every single time they’re closed or restarting their system, guy at the window had an attitude as well. I dont want mcdonalds sending me a link to explain the situation any further, corporate should see all these negative reviews and do something about it for once

I came to order food at 11:50pm and nobody took our order at drive thru. We drove through the rest of drive thru seeing people standing there on their phone talking but didn’t want to take our order. They close at 12am not 11:50pm.

Really dirty. Workers only open the restrooms to people who look “clean”. I saw a worker almost taking food out of a homeless man when the order was payed for already. If you have kids please don’t come here. Weather is really cold and homless people are trying to come in to get warm but are getting kicked out in the most humiliating way. They make your order wrong and make your recipe wrong so if you go tell them they ask to see the recipe but since it’s wrong there too they won’t fix your order. The restrooms are only “out of order” to homless people or people with a small order even to people who don’t look “clean”, weird huh? Definitely not the best place, not even close to being.
