I just tried to patronize this facility and regret I left cafe Phoenicia whom I know has amazing food, however came over to papi’s thinking I can just order my fish tacos have a drink while I wait for my tire appointment at Walmart well walking in very empty only had 2 guest’s which was fine I sat to the bar, the young walked out to bring the guys chips and salsa I imagine but she was like a deer in headlights when she spotted me why I’m not sure, anyway I sit to the bar she is almost afraid to approach me to ask if I needed a menu I replied yes then she asked if I needed anything to drink , I will start with water after looking briefly because at this point I’m irritated I stated I wanted Baja Fish tacos she looks amazed again and then reply that’s it at this point I said yes I’m done have a great day I’m not sure if Brown ppl are allowed in this establishment But I won’t be back very strange and awkward.so I came to central buffer my time is winding down smh.so I couldn’t try anything else do everything was one star

Tonight I decided to get a burger at Papi’s. I got the Supreme Bacon Burger. In all my fat-filled years of eating out….this was by far the best burger I’ve ever had from a restaurant. So damned good I couldn’t fit dessert. Please support Locals and Papi’s. Great dining and fun establishment here in Central!

This is called Papi’s central, but when you get there it’s actually still Local’s bar just with the option to get Papi’s food. Which is fine if you’re there to visit a bar but awkward if you showed up to eat with your family..
