Updated review! My previous review from a couple months ago was a 3 star review because the service and food was subpar on that day. Today was very different. The service was fast and professional. Our drinks stayed topped off and the waitress checked in on us frequently. The food was too notch today. Everyone had an amazing plate and the quality was everything we could ask for. The French Fries were quite delicious today and the French Onion Soup was incredible. We are very happy to have returned to give Carolina Ale house another chance. We will definitely be returning in hopes they will continue service like what we experienced today.

Great food, and service. I always enjoy stopping by here whenever I’m in the area. They always have delicious and interesting food like the pulled pork waffle. I highly recommend it. Delicious and perfectly cooked pulled pork, amazing toppings and sauce. Service is always great.

The biggest bummer! Ordered on Uber Eats to my hotel after a very long day. Just wanted some protein so ordered the buffalo chicken tots. Instead I received $15 worth of tater tots with cheese on them. No chicken, no buffalo, no protein… just some soggy potatoes I don’t want. Sad!

Ordered in and got the Buffalo Chicken dip and Blackened Chicken pasta. They were both awesome and steaming hot when delivered. Would recommend both those dishes, might have to order again to try some more menu items

Ordered the varsity burger, with swiss cheese, bacon, no tomato, no lettuce and cooked medium. What I got was a well-done varsity burger with tomato, lettuce, American cheese and no bacon. Called them Rachel answered (she was the one that checked my order) and she had me speak to the manager. Told the manager what was wrong and he said couldn’t do a refund, I would have to call Postmates, offered another burger, but after this I couldn’t trust it would be done right then he offered I could be put on a list so if ordered from there again I would have a discount on my next meal. When I told him that Rachel was the one that checked my food, so evidently she can’t do her job right he got offended and said go ahead write the review I don’t deserve to be yelled at.

Carolina Ale House is the same everywhere you go….average. The service was good for the most part, the food was food and while they have tvs everywhere, they didn’t have on the soccer matches unless asked. You could watch all the bullriding you could handle, but US Men’s Soccer? Who? What? The beer is cold, that’s a good thing.
