Buffet on a Wednesday at around 12:30 pm and very little variety of pizzas out, could not make the pizza they ask to us to request. Each pizza available had like 1 dry slice in each pan. Enough lettuce on salad bar for one salad. Toppings on the pizzas that were out all included pepperoni I think and none of the slices I tried were hot. Now only buffet 2 days out of the week. Place has went downhill in quality and service. We will not go back again.

One star only because I have to to leave a review. Drove 30 minutes here, got back home and realized they forgot our salad we ordered with our large order. Drove back 30 minutes and they said “oh yeah here it is haha” like it was funny. This place used to be great, not anymore since employees and pizza have gone down hill. Stay away from this place.

Papa’s pizza has currently gotten a new owner. This store will not change over night but I promise the delivery will always be a option now and the buffet will be there hot and fresh and working on new specials also add another day to the buffet hopefully. There is going to be new games in the game room soon. We also can serve tea. Also working on more drink options. Hope to see our customers happy and keep coming back. The food is always great, so they get busy. A new associate mistakenly put our twins’ cheese pizza on the buffet, but the mgr’s discount on its replacement more than compensated us for the extra 5 mins it took to replace it. Thank you & kudos.

Usually have great service and great food. We got told tonight that it was a 25 minute wait on our pick up order- no biggie. We get there and it’s an extra 20 minutes almost for whatever reason. Got home, my dessert pizza is only half covered in dessert, mainly all crust, plus it was cold. Also, my sub practically fell apart as I took the first bite! Not cool. They’re usually way better than this.

This place is absolutely unprofessional. I have been eating here since I was a child! Last night we ordered pizza at 6:48 and they said about an hour, we were ok with it. We called back at 7:44 just to see where it was at and they said should be on your road. At 8:07 we still hadn’t seen anyone so we called and canceled. The driver never showed up! We decided to give them a second chance and order again today and they told us they wouldn’t deliver because of the cancel order, that the driver was on our road when we canceled which is what they told us at 7:44. I understand about time lines and things happen but to blatantly disregard their negligence and dishonesty is absurd. We will not be returning to papas pizza of Cherryville.
