2/13/2024 I finally decided to give Jet’s pizza a try. I’ve heard so much about it. Atmosphere: Small cubby hole of a place, nothing to smile about.
Pizza: I got the lunch special with 2 one topping slices and a drink, and I also ordered chicken wings. The pizzas were 2 good slices. I’ll give it that. The bite of the pizza had no depth to it. Felt like more dough than topping. Thin layer of cheese and too much dough and air in between. But they do say it’s Detroit style pizza.
The wings were charred/burned. I figured the chicken wasn’t turned halfway through the cycle. All I could taste was burned chicken and ranch. It’s not a good experience. My initial taste of pizza would be 3.7 out of 10. Basic taste. Nothing that stood out. Burnt wings 1 out of 10. Food is cooked fresh and to order for what I’ve seen but it wasn’t executed well this.

The staffs communication skills were not only clear but very polite. I enjoyed my time outside on the bench while my pizza was made in a quick fashion. I just got the classic hand tossed round with pepperoni on it. Exceeded expectations in flavor. Definitely will be a place I go to again.

I received the utmost disrespectful conversation with a general manager. I originally called to verify the ingredients that was on my Italian deli boat not only did the person fail to mention the tomatoes and lettuce I verified if there was supposed to be tomatoes and lettuce and she said yes. and then proceeded to tell me that I should have said that in the first place. I reiterated that I wanted to verify the ingredients on my meal so I’m not crazy and order something I didn’t want. There was no reason for the disrespectful response. pretty much after the dry sarcastic okays and awkward silence, I mean at least a “I apologize for the issue with your order”..whatever anything to show customer service properly.I respectfully told her that she has a lack of concern and customer service but before I finish my sentence I was disconnected. I did call back to talk with a higher up but got the I am the manager and no one else is above me. Wayyy too confident because there’s no authorities. I found it from corporate that this is a franchise. I got nowhere with this location. It was a “well so what moment” from them.
I did get my money back from door dash so I definitely didn’t need to have an attitude because I would already be taken care of by door dash. I called calmly and got off the phone shaking from anger just because it was completed unnecessary. Wow guys. I’ll just go back to ordering from the west Allis location!!! They are super cool! Take a look at my bread and meat for 13 dollars!!

The deliver guy had trash fall out of his car when he got out… there was trash at his feet by the gas and brake pedals and in the passenger seat. He said I had to sign a receipt and couldn’t find it. It was a disgusting delivery experience and the pizza tasted like rubber. Disgusting pizza. First time in Milwaukee and we wanted to try something different and we are now regretting it.

We just ordered a pizza, salad and bottle of jets ranch, when the order arrived the salad and ranch were both missing, $17 worth of food. I called the store to let them know some of the food didn’t arrive and was told that they were out of lettuce so I simply wasn’t getting that $12.50 item I paid for or the ranch either. When I asked about a refund then I was told they couldn’t offer one which is just unacceptable when I never even got the food because they were out of ingredients. Instead I have to call in for my future order and just tell them my name so I can get $15 off. I don’t want a coupon for a future purchase, I simply don’t want to pay for food I never got. The pizza is good, but you can’t even trust the food to show up.

Pizza was amazing. But I would like to take a moment and appreciate their delivery driver, Gus. He deserves a raise. Crushed peppers were missing from our order but he made an extra trip amd came back with the crushed peppers. Services like this are very hard to find. His service was great. Thank you!
