I just placed an order. I brought up a few days ago I did not receive a 2 litter soda I purchased with said order and they said yes “we see that, we got you” their words not mine. Once the called should have been ended it was not. I literally could hear them talking about me. It was not cute by any means I ended up having to hang up and call them back to let them know I could hear you guys speaking negatively abot me. The young lady’s reply was well what did we say? OMG wow like wowwww really her reply was “WELL WHAT DID WE SAY?” I’m beyond taken back. Especially given the fact I spend money lots of it with them so to be disrespected whilst spending money is wild and highly offensive…

My pizza was not done it was very rushed the cheese wasn’t even done. I called and the guy said that they were closing so I needed to call back in the morning. I called and spoke to Nick whom is very rude!! Nick tells me that I need to bring back an entire pizza from the night before when I tell him I threw it out he says to dig it out of the trash!!

Placed an order online. They delivered to the wrong address. Then re wrote another wrong address. I waited two hours. Food cold and burnt fries they also said the steam opened my container. I didn’t know steam could bend foil down. Done with papas pizza Inkster Michigan.

They are very expensive but oh well….. I ordered a papa’s combo, the cheese bread was good but the pizza was undercooked, I called and let them know and the girl said to take it back but then a guy came on the phone and ask me what I needed. Without any hesitation he said he would redo it for me. I chose a xs pizza and it was ready in the time frame he gave me and it was good. He even made the other pizza right for me. Thank you Papa’s Pizza.

The service was really great, I am a total pizza fanatic and I was pretty disappointed in the pizza. I went in fully optimistic but in the end just disappointed. The pizza was mediocre. I guess if you were starving then sure…but I won’t order from here again.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered online my receipt was correct in my email and somehow the receipt the driver brought was missing an item so they gave me an attitude about my order when I know what I paid for, my husband’s food was undercooked inside and burned outside, when we requested a refund and said we would send all the food back to the store the manager rudely refused a refund because they already made the food and brought it to my house which was less than half a mile from their store (the driver got a $7 tip) should have been given the refund for the garbage quality food we were given. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money at this awful establishment!
