Stopped by a Paparilla food truck late night. If you’re in the mood for greasy food, this is definitely the spot. The paparillada itself was pretty good — my son really enjoyed it.
That said, everything else we tried was extra greasy, more than expected. Not a bad stop if you’re craving that late-night comfort food, but just be ready for the oil.

Came to Pa’parrilla when touring Miami by pure chance! Cachapas are my new favorite food and impossible to find in Colorado :(. The homemade plantain, queso and steak in the Cachapa Paparrilla were all prepared so wonderfully; you can taste the dedication and love for food in every bite. Originally I intended to leave, but my husband and I finished every bite in the car and decided to order a hamburger for the road.
Last but not least the two gentlemen working the truck, Frankie and his apprentice were kind, smiling and as inviting as the food. This place deserves a fleet of trucks, IT IS A MUST STOP IN FLORIDA!

The food was amazing. The customer service phenomenal. The owner himself greeted us and made the food. It was delicious. We sat outside around 10 PM and enjoyed our food. You have to try the hamburger and the hotdog.
