I am writing to provide feedback regarding a dinner our group of 20 had at your restaurant tonight. We were there to celebrate the life of a friend who recently passed away, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
Despite being seated outside, our party felt largely forgotten after the initial order. We had to go to the bar multiple times to order drinks ourselves, which is unacceptable for a group of our size. Furthermore, we found the food to be average and overpriced; the quality was comparable to a standard taco shop despite the higher cost. We were also surprised to be charged for water. While I understand gratuity policies, the automatic 18% charge was not earned given the level of service we received.
Due to the poor service and lack of value, we will not be recommending your establishment to others.

Super disappointed with this experience. Tonight was My Son’s 22nd birthday and we came In and there was about 10 of us which they were able to accommodate. The server acted as if it was a problem that we needed her or any type of assistance, I think that because they add the 18% gratuity, they don’t think they have to do great service because they’re getting the tip anyway. We had to ask for refills and I had to ask another server for the bill. The food was OK. I think that they easily get away with this type of behavior because the area that they are in, If somebody was coming in and spending 250 I would be one of the best servers you could imagine. We won’t be returning.

Small, intimate, dark and cozy. The carnitas were excellent, succulent and abundant along with guacamole and Pico de gallo. The pazaole was rich and warming. Quite good for a non descript rest in another sprawling shopping center. Service is always good here.

Great place to spend time with your partner, alone or with friends. Great live music on Thursdays. Ana is very friendly. The paloma drinks are to die for. Very refreshing and lemony for a really great price. Definitely will be back.

I want to commend Andres the manager who was there this past Saturday. Me and my friend got there by 900 p.m. and most tables were reserved. We did find a table, but I asked Andres to please let us know when there was a table closer to the stage. Andres provided Excellent Customer Service I want to thank you again!

The food here is absolutely spectacular. I can’t even begin to explain how delicious, each and every bite was. They have a large menu, so there are many different options to choose from and I bet absolutely everything is wonderful. The mango margarita tasted like they made fresh mango juice specifically for me. I can’t wait to come back.
