Madeline our friendly server greeted us with a warm smile. She immediately took ownership of our complicated pizza order, which was made exactly as we intended it. She is very attentive as she checked on us frequently. Lucas, who prepared our pizza, did a great job on the presentation of the pizza. It was packed heavily with very fresh ingredients! Madeline’s genuine enthusiasm for her job shines through in her interactions with her customers making us feel valued. It was quite apparent to us that Madeline and Lucas were genuinely invested in our Papa Vito’s dining experience. Ron and Laurel.

This is our second time eating here, and this time I had a young teenager serving me. I had a feeling she didn’t hear me when I said no tomatoes because she wasn’t writing anything down.
When the pizza came out, I asked if there was any way to remove the tomatoes. She said they could pick them off in the back, which honestly surprised me, but I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it.
It was just the first time I’ve ever heard of a pizza place picking toppings off instead of remaking the pizza. I used to work at Pizza Hut, and we would never do that. But other then that our visit was good and pizza was delicious.

My mother was dying at the time and she wanted a French beef sandwich from here. I called and ordered it. It was $14. I went to the other location and they said I didn’t have an order there so I ordered another one and now they won’t serve me. I apologized and explained I was very stressed. She died the next day! They also didn’t tell me which location it was when I ordered it. They should’ve known because I didn’t have my phone number in the system that I didn’t normally order from the West End location. I’m sure they were able to give that sandwich to another customer at the time they’re not very understanding and very greedy if $14 is going to hurt their business. They’ve lost a customer over $14 and a mistake.

I’ve been up here for years and never tried this place until today. The waitress was really nice, and the pizza was delicious . The only thing I noticed was that on our half-and-half pizza, a few slices didn’t have any toppings, and as we got further into the pizza, it seemed a little watery. But I can overlook that — we’ll definitely be back sometime!

Typically no issues and don’t mean to be a Karen. Called via phone to place an order on 11/24 for a Buffalo Chicken Pizza and Canadian Bacon pizza.
-both the pizzas were sloppy on the toppings far as “spreading” em out.
-received a BBQ chicken pizza, which the woman had repeated over the phone as their Buffalo Chicken when confirming the order.
-The receipt did say a BBQ chicken pizza the woman rang it in for, I just did not check the line items when signing for carryout. Bit disappointed.
-T-ravs were also burnt 🙁

Fantastic calzone that was overshadowed by the doordash scam.
I ordered through the Papa Vitos website who then sent the order to doordash for delivery. When my order was delivered it was missing the toasted ravioli. After attempting to call the restaurant they told me that I have the following options.
They’d give me a free order of it next time I ordered.
I would need to contact doordash to get it figured out.
Or I would need to come to the store to pick it up as they could not refund me.
After contacting door dash they stonewalled me saying that my only recourse was contacting the restaurant. This is due to Papa Vitos being the one who actually placed the order with doordash, not me.
I live 9 hours away from here so a future order doesnt work.
I don’t have the option to get out to the restaurant to pick it up tonight. That’s why I ordered delivery.
My only option was to just eat the charge.
If I were able to get refunded for the missing item I would order pick-up or dine in if I were able to come back to the area! But due to the doordash scam, I will never eat here again and be recommending everyone I know to do the same. The person we talked to on the phone told us she put the order together herself and forgot to add the ravioli.
Just have to clarify this as well, that was the best calzone I have ever had. But since I have to eat the $10 loss from something that is entirely their fault, I will not be going here again. Essentially I paid a $10 delivery fee, $15 dollar tip, and an extra $10 for an item I didn’t receive, I feel like I was scammed out of $35 with no recourse.
