Really not impressed. I had the worst pizza ever. It had almost no flavor. The crust tasted bland. The sauce tasted like plain tomato sauce right out of the can with no seasoning added. The toppings were very ordinary and seemed like they were just from cheap cans you’d get at the grocery store. Each topping was charged separately at 90 cents, which drove the price up to around $16 for a thin, fairly small pizza, but was called a Medium. The counter help was not particularly friendly and could not answer any of my questions about ingredients, for example “do you use peanut oil for the fries?” He did not seem too interested in going back to ask the cook, either. My son got a burger with fries and said it was good. My bill was almost $25 for a pretty disappointing lunch. I don’t think I’m going to be going back to Italian Villages in Adel.

My family LOVES Italian Villages! The pizza is amazing! The layer on the ingredients and cook it in large oven. It is delicious! They also are famous for their buffet: Salad bar, pasta, soups, and pizza. Huge drinks with free refills. I can feed my growing boys at a fair rate! Wonderful small town kindness and locally owned!!! I recommend you try it!

We ate here for dinner tonight. My boyfriend got the Steak & shrimp. They only gave him 4 shrimp & the steak was like rubber. It was tough, a rubber texture & no flavor. For $17, it was not good. The employees we’re very loud & playing around in the back. Definitely needs better management.

You might want to try cleaning the place, sticky thick 1970s table cloths covering decent tables, Food was terrible, waitress was terrible she stood there having a conversation with 2 people for 13 mins before she ever came to our table to acknowledge our presence. We chose to do the lunch buffet that was a joke. There was only 2 types of pizza’s that were on the bar no pasta and 1 piece of garlic toast, the lettuce was brown we got there at noon it never got better we just got up payed the bill and left and went somewhere else.

Pizza buffet/salad bar was terrible. Pasta salad was just pasta with salad dressing. No options of vegetables to add to your salad, so salad was just lettuce with dressing. Pizza had been there for awhile, and the breadsticks had been there so long that they were so dried out that they were like very hard toast. I won’t be going back!

Ok, check out my posts, i seldom leave five stars. First off our waiter, Charlie, was a very courteous nice young man. He brought our drinks first at our request and when he was getting our drinks we decided what we wanted. My wife ordered the Cajun penne pasta. Outstanding flavor, very spicy and we loved it. I ordered the lasagna and spaghetti dinners because I’m a big guy, eat alot of food and hate leaving hungry. Well, ordering two dinners was too much. I went based on price and past experince for the amount you recive for what you pay. “My mistake”. The lasagna would be perfect for one person alone just fine. The cajun dinner or spaghetti dinner would have been fine for both of us to share. We could have split it and still walked away full. The flavors of all our food was outstanding with individual tastes for each one. We would go back again if we weren’t just visiting.
Go here, you wont be disapointed. Blows spagehtti factory, olive garden and bucca deppe in the weeds.

I love Italian Villages the workers are super friendly and nice. They have really good bread sticks as well!! I enjoy their chicken wrap. It is very good.

Fresh crisp lettuce salad bar is good. Pizza selection on buffet was good as well. Service was great. People here are friendly.
