I decided to check them out after hearing all the hype. My kid wanted a smash burger, so we gave it a shot—not sure what to expect. Prices were definitely on the higher side, but the portions were generous, especially the fries.
We ordered two combos, a papa fry, and a single burger—everything came out to about $60. Honestly, I’d spend about the same at In-N-Out, but this was a different kind of burger experience.
The food quality was solid. The fries were way better than In-N-Out’s, and the burger had a unique flavor—like a mix between Del Taco, The Hat, In-N-Out, and White Castle all in one. Definitely something different, and I’d come back for it again.
47 yr old mom: Ordered bacon double smash with loaded fries and drink. I rate the burger 8/10. When I come back I will opt for the double smash and add bacon because the bacon double smash does not have lettuce and tomato, otherwise it would have been 10/10. My fault for not paying attention. Fries are huge!
11yr old boy: ordered single bacon smash burger, regular fries. He rates both 10/10.
13 yr old girl: ordered single smash burger no onions. She rates it 7/10. She says there was too much lettuce and sauce causing it to be drippy.
Things we would do different: I would change my burger order as described above. We probably would only do 1 order of fries. We had to throw so much away since we were headed to Temecula.
Restaurant was immaculate as well as the vibes. Music was great and customer service superb.
We will be back!
Then I stopped by a couple of days later around 6pm and it wasn’t the same. The bread was soggy, and my fries tasted like they had been sitting there for a while.
Service was fine. Employees were polite, can’t speak on atmosphere because both orders were to go. Place was neither full nor empty.
The food is consistently delicious! We always share a fry because the portions are generous, and the burgers are some of the best we’ve had. Yes, it’s a little on the pricier side, but the quality, service, and cleanliness make it more than worth it. I’m from San Diego and have tried a lot of burger spots but this one is definitely top tier. Highly recommend supporting this awesome small business!
I had the classic and my husband the bacon burger. We opted from lettuce and onions to really enjoy
the Wagyu beef. Will definitely recommend and will definitely come back
