Excellent! They did such an amazing job for my work’s catered event recently, I decided to stray from my go to pizza place. The store is so clean, and staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The pizza and salad are perfect. Generous toppings, very fresh, and simply delicious. I’m so impressed, and will be ordering from this store a lot more. Keep it up!

I have been thoroughly impressed with not only the quality, but the customer service at Papa Romanos over the last two years. My children order pizza for them during lunch at school and I have used them for large Catering orders multiple times. I love the flexibility of having pizza and pita options. I have to say that the owner Blake has been so helpful with details for our events, suggesting proper amounts of food and delivering on time each time. Will continue to use him as it’s been a great experience each time!

I needed to provide a dinner for 35 kids for a sports club event. I called and talked to the manager, Blake, who was extremely helpful!!! He spent time chatting with me about what I needed and the different catering options available from Papa Romanos and from Mr. Pita. Following his advice I ordered a pita platter and it was a fantastic decision!! The kids loved them, it was super easy to serve and delicious!! Each sandwich was labeled with the sandwich type and ingredients so people could easily know what sandwich they were selecting and they were cut in half so they could try more than one option. Thank you so much! Excellent food and service! My favorite was the Greek pita!

Spent $50 for two large pizza’s and a medium salad, which is way too much in my opinion. The round pizza was over cooked, under sauced and cold. The square pizza was under cooked, over sauced and barely warm. We’ve been getting pizza here for many years, quality and service runs in streaks and unfortunately it looks like its in the avoid for next few years category. I won’t be reordering for a while, again….

All around weird experience from the moment I walked in. A crew of a 7 or 8 young guy’s on staff, you know the age group where everything is funny. I don’t know if it was my color or weight or they don’t get a lot of black customers. But it was weird, the young guy that waited on me called out my order and I wait to the counter to get it. He was getting ready to just sit my order on the counter and walk around and all at once the other employees start laughing as he handed me my order and I was turning around to leave. I thought about asking what was so funny but didn’t want to waste me time. Because I would have been the “angry black man” and they would have said oh we’re not laughing at you. Long story short I won’t be back. Just hope they didn’t do anything to my food.

So I had tried to reach out regarding this. Unfortunately, nobody ever answered, so I am sharing my feedback here.
When I last got takeout, it was before 8:00PM (order placed at 6:30) and the person working there tried to tell me they were closed. There was an issue with the system or something so my delivery order was pickup, even though there was no pickup time attached to my receipt. I didn’t hear word until I had called. I said I would come and get it. About 5 minutes later, I got a call from the same place asking if I would be getting my food. I got there at about 8:00PM, I picked up my food. They forgot to give me my drink, I went back to get it, and despite being an hour before close, the person working there had shut the lights off and locked the door. Listed close time was 9:00PM. When I got back home, the wings were barely cooked, and the Bambino Bread was not fully cooked, either. It was a miserable experience and I used the website to try to reach out about it, and get a refund for the drink and tip but nobody ever reached out back. I’d get a refund for the whole order, if I could.
-Never gave me a pickup time or let me know my pickup was ready, food cold as a result, which I could understand if everything else didn’t happen
-Didn’t get full order because the person there was eager to go home and locked the door as soon as I was out
-Wings & Bambino Bread were undercooked
-No response from customer service on website.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I politely asked if my pizza could be remade due to excessive sauce that overpowered the bread and cheese, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of correcting the issue, he insisted on charging me again, even though the mistake was on their end. As a paying customer, I expected at least a basic level of customer service, but the manager made it clear that he didn’t care about my satisfaction. When I requested a refund, he was unwilling to comply. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service left me frustrated, and I will not be returning. i would like to speak to the owner so he/she knows what type of people that are running their establishment.

I got 2 large pizzas for $19.99, $21.19 with tax from an amazing coupon deal that was in the troy times news paper. The pizza was ready when i got there 16 minutes after ordering that fast!! The pizzas however failed on taste and thats the most important thing to me. Typical generic tasting pizza I really wanted to like it because it’s only a mile from my house. I would say it’s a stop above Little Caesars. That’s not saying much..
