My family and I traveled from Indianapolis to Naperville. This was our first time trying Papa Rays. We ordered several different pizza slices, ribs and chicken wings. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this location. The customer service was amazing. We will be back. I recently ordered a cheese pizza slice, and it was incredibly delicious. I had expected a regular small-sized slice, but when the cashier informed me that it was seven dollars, I was surprised. Despite the price, I decided to order it. When I received the pizza, I was amazed by its size. It came in a large box, and I couldn’t believe how big it was.

Good deal horrible pizza! This was 2nd attempt at trying them since I moved to the area. I’m very familiar with this chain because I use to to go the one in Carol Stream. So their lunch special is $7.98 which includes a large slice, fries and a pop.
I don’t know if it’s just that they can’t make pizza or they are making their slice from yesterday’s left over pizzas. My slice was dry, flavorless, damn near no sauce, hard as rock and it it seems like it wasn’t an actually pepperoni pizza , it was more an old cheese
Pizza and they threw pepperoni on top and tossed it in the oven. I couldn’t even chew the pizza even at placing it in the microwave.
Now the only reason they got 2 stars is because of the fries, which were damn good.

Papa Ray’s absolutely nailed it. The wings were excellent, crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Portions were solid and everything tasted fresh. Easily some of the best wings I’ve had in the area. I will definitely be back and would recommend this spot to anyone who is serious about good wings.

Food is great! I’m big on chicken wings and I love the sweet chili sauce they have on the wings. The slice is pretty big as well so you get a bang for your buck. 10/10 would recommend!

They’ve got pizza that’s far above what it costs, it’s perfect quality convenience pizza and it’s a lot. I weightlift and eat a ton and their incredibly cheap (less than 8 dollars) combo with a big pizza slice, fries, and a soda start to fill me up before I even finish the pizza. It’s the best cost to quality deal around. The only potential negative is that their slices sell fast sometimes, so it’s worth calling in to make sure they have some available at the time or can finish it by the time you arrive. But this small, momentary inconvenience is understandable and does not warrant removing a star.

My husband and I were in Naperville to buy a car and stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn Express. I just Googled “food delivery near me”, and this place had great reviews and they were closest to 5 stars…more so than any other restaurant offering delivery. I ordered 2 slices for my husband and 1 slice for myself, and an order of cheese fries to share. The slices are like a SMALL PIZZA!!! My husband is a big guy, and he could only eat 1 of the 2 slices I got for him. We used to own a pizzeria ourselves, and I can honestly say (being the pizza snob that I am!) this pizza was 1 of very few that I thoroughly enjoyed. Everything arrived exactly as ordered. All the food was hot, and overall very delicious. We were there only to finalize the purchase of the car, so we only stayed the 1 night, but had we stayed a 2nd night, we would’ve ordered food from this place again!

Excellent customer service. They have an amazing variety of food options! We have mostly gotten pizza though. Can’t wait to be back to try more entree options. The worker noticed I forgot my water bottle and tried to call me. He knew I was next door doing laundry so he hand delivered it to me! What service!
