Update 2/2024: Papa Pancho’s is quickly becoming my favorite taqueria in the San Lorenzo borderlands. Behold the carnitas torta, definitely large enough for two meals. Super delicious — almost as much as their quesadilla!

Tonight was my first time ordering from here. I ordered the chicken fajitas. They could use a little more seasoning. The food was fresh and hot (I LOVE when my food is hot!). It was prepared nicely… I’m gonna, throw this chicken in a skillet and add a little seasoning to it, add some cheese and sour cream! If I had to make a choice, I would prefer less seasoned, than over seasoned. I will be going back to this place to try other items on the menu. Just by the food being cooked freshly and hot scores most of the points for me!

This is a family owned business and run by the whole family. They season the shredded chicken in red sauce, excellently. I have tried many of the dinner plates and have never been disappointed. The Tostada is one of my favorites for lunch. Stop by and get a first hand experience to dine in or they will pack everything to go. Much Love for this family and restaurant that is moderately priced and been in our neighborhood for many years!!

The food was GREAT just as I read about in the reviews. I was visiting a church in the area and looked for a taqueria in the area. I chose Papa Pancho’s because of the pictures and reviews. I wasn’t the least bit disappointed. The food is large portioned and delicious. If you want to get a full belly , this is the place to go. Also reasonably priced.
