Nice, clean store. Quick turn around times from placing my order to being able to walk out the door with it (online told me it would be 30 minutes, but I think it was honestly only about 20). And the gal at the counter/making the pizzas was very friendly and kind.

Dorothy and Ozzy were working. I was greeted with a friendly “Hello” upon my arrival. Dorothy walked me through the specials and introduced me to the “Myslice” rewards program, which I promptly joined. Ozzy made my pizza with the skill and mastery of a true artisan of the craft. She made sure I knew how to prepare my pie before she sent me on my way. I could not have asked for a better experience at Papa Murphy’s today. Thank you.

I live right by the Kennewick Papa Murphys but I make the drive to the Richland uptown location every Tuesday ($12.99 day) because their pizza is so much better than Kennewicks.
I don’t know what it is but something about the Kennewick pizza changed a while ago. It is dry and doesn’t ever cook right anymore.
The 1st time we visited the Uptown location we were hooked. The couple of workers that we have met are so nice! They always take the time to chat. There has never been a line when we have visited, but they are constantly bustin their butts making those pizza pies.
I swear their dough recipe MUST be different! I forget almost every Tuesday ($12.99 day) and still call the Kennewick location then have to be like, oh I’m sorry, wrong number… then call Richland.
I GIVE THIS PLACE 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!

Merritt, Anessa and Sam killed it with the pizza definitely the best team I’ve seen. Walked in saw they had a big order they locked in and got everything going quickly there was some customer was start a problem cause he had a bad day but anessa kept a smile and continued to descalate the situation Great team!

Love, Papa Murphy’s food and love the friendliness of the staff at this location. The only hiccup we had was that we had ordered a club salad and a garden salad and we ended up with two garden salads. Other than that, everything was spectacular.

Love this store! I had more friendly service and everything else in between at this location! I love their Cowboy, Pepperoni and Hawaiian. Their desserts and sides are also amazing. I love their coupons and deals they have. My girls love their pizza as well which is a double win for me! 🙂
