We had a game night with our neighbor and she said she would buy some pizzas for dinner! We ended up picking them up because we were already in town! I think we’ve eaten papa murphys pizza like once or twice in our lifetimes and I have to say I was impressed. I had underestimated them and lumped them into the same, dry cardboard tasting pizza you get from Pizza Hut, dominos, Peter piper, etc. and so I was pleasantly surprised to receive the pizzas, loaded with toppings and smelling like fresh ingredients and then to bite into it and have not only a delicious thin crust but to taste actual real fresh ingredients. Not to mention the staff was extremely friendly and greeted me immediately when I stepped through the door, it caught me off guard because I was not expecting it at all it took a minute for my brain and mouth to catch up with each other haha! I don’t remember your name but you were great and it was nice to see a smiling face and a happy and helpful greeting as soon as I walked in.

I haven’t eat at Papa Murphy’s Pizza for two decades. I avoided that long because the pizza I cooked in my oven always turn out subpar (uncooked inside the dough). I thought the dough ingredients changed….I was wrong! I followed the direction for cooking stuffed pizza 32-40min @ 350F, but still end with bad result.
I ordered customized stuffed pizza half traditional tomatoes sauce: diary-free mozzarella cheese, diary-free topping cheese, artichokes, mushrooms, and mixed onions. Other half sweet chili: jalapeños, green onions, and spinach. All veggies toppings were added sparingly. I don’t see much of mushrooms or mixed onions.
I paid $32.09 with tax + $3.91 tip and got an outdated pizza that is not better than the frozen pizza at any grocery store.
My weekend was ruined and my disappointment is immeasurable.

Used their crappy app. Was not able to use the coupon I wanted to use. Had to use the “BOGO” coupon but I felt it was not a good deal for two Pizzas. Wanted to use the free breadsticks coupon. Had a hard time manipulating the app on my phone. Was not able to add a tip to the cost. Thought I had messed up the order and got the wrong Pizza. Had to give a tip in cash to the helpful cheery counter girl since I was not able to do so on the ” app”. All and all the pizza was good. The buying experience was not good. Kind of balances itself out. I have not tried the other Pizza places in town yet Pizza Hut, Dominos, Gordy’s, Drakes, lil Caesars went out of business here, and anyone else I forgot to mention. Probably more Pizza here than in Italy and I occasionally hit Costco for their Pizza, but I seem to gravitate to Papa Murph’s most of the time when I am not in a rush to something.

Ordered a stuffed pizza and it had hardly anything in it.It was just all crust. And all the toppings in the middle were minced up into these tiny little pieces.So disappointing and expensive for such a disappointing pizza.

The night crew is awesome. They went above and beyond to make my experience an A+. Only one bench to sit on though so if there is a line you will be standing around.

The price is a bit higher than usual for a few pizzas but is SO worth it. There’s a stuffed pizza loaded with meat that’s crazy good. Baking it at home just means we know it’s not getting any fresher!

I was a loyal Papa Murphys customer before my experience today. I was yelled at and treated horribly by the person at the drive-thru. One young man told me I could wait there and move if a car came which I did. I then pulled around to continue waiting and another man yelled at me to go park. I did, and while waiting no other cars came in that time. I waited 30 minutes for two crustless pizzas. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll make them at home from now on.
