You still get what you pay for. It’s cheaply done, but good for the price.
The toppings were better distributed compared to last time. Last time, everything was dumped in the middle, but not this time.
I order online and they stuff the heated Pick-up Station to the point that it is difficult to remove. The Pick-up Station is difficult to use with a high end phone QR code.
They loaded the breadsticks and sauce once ON TOP of two pizzas making it very difficult to remove without creating a HUGE MESS due to the LOW CLEARANCE at the front of the bay. I have had this at other locations so was careful to notice and remove the bottom pizza first to gain more clearance and then remove the rest.
I paid extra for a bread stick sauce, but didn’t get it one of the times I ordered.
However, the crazy bread is amazingly good and soft.
But I keep going anyway because it’s cheap and generally tasty. Orders are generally ready in under 10 minutes every time. FAST!

I placed an order for Italian cheese bread. They said it would be about 25 minutes. I came up at about 30 minutes the order hadn’t even been started. I asked to speak to a manager and asked why I was told 25 minutes and instead of pushing the order through the manager canceled my order and didn’t tell me. He said it’s all taken care of since you haven’t paid yet. Confused by what he meant, I tried to ask him as he walked away and he ignored me. I proceeded to sit there for another 10-15 minutes thinking that I was having an order coming out and finally ask the guy again what happened to my order and apparently the manager canceled it. Which I never asked him to do. Terrible service. So after an hour of waiting I got nothing.
That manager needs to be fired.

it’s cheap pizza. this location is not managed well and always seems to be slow and chaotic with people who don’t understand how their own systems work. went in there today and was the 2nd of 7 people to order. I bailed after 10 minutes and they hadn’t even acknowledged the guy in front of me. ended up ordering online from another location and picking it up 10 minutes later. not sure I will give this place an 11th chance to make it right. management needs to up their game.

I arrived at noon to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready at 11:45am. When I pulled into the parking lot, the manager (I think)was just unlocking the door to start her day. No one else was working. She told everyone in the parking lots that orders would be ready in another 30 minutes. So as I was continuing to wait, I got a notification that my order was cancelled and my money had been refunded! Unbelievably terrible service. This is not the first time I’ve had bad service here, but it was certainly the worst

Just ran in to get some crazy bread and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. The guy at the register(didn’t catch his name, my fault, a white guy with light colored hair, maybe in his mid 20’s) was so very polite, smiled and had personality. I originally only came in for a crazy combo but he upsold me. GREAT JOB!!!

They gave me burnt food that wasnt even worth paying for. I had to go to alpine to get the rigbt cheese bread i should have checked the pizza too! They burnt everything! Do not go to this location unless you are expecting subpar 1-2 star food. The employees here havent had standards for years. Even years later the quality of the food remains the same regardless if the staff changing. Shows there must be some issue in management. You should have seen the crazy bread. I already gave it to the alpine location in exchange for a much better fresher bread. It was brown and smelled funky like the butter got burnt even though jt is meant to be applied after the cooking process

Always wait forever. I ordered with my app four hours ahead of time today and still waited 30 (that’s THIRTY) minutes past the time it should have been ready. And THEN find out that they have Hot n Ready orders of the same pizzas just sitting there that could have been subbed in for my order. Seriously? They have lost my future business.
Employees are nice, gaining a second star instead of just one. Seem to be working hard. I think just poorly managed.

This location is on par with most others. Make sure they are open before you try to order, and busier times mean you get a fresher pizza.
