I had the pleasure of having my pizza made by Taylor tonight and I cannot emphasize enough how outstanding her service was! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed.

Personally, I think this Papa Murphy’s store is the best in the Pierce county area. (I’ve been to quite a few). Since Papa Murphy’s discontinued the “thick crust” pizza option, my family and I have switched to buying either calazones or the stuffed pizzas. This store always makes online orders and in-person orders exactly the way it is requested with little to no mistakes. With the new layout of the store, it is super easy to pick-up a pre-made order and carry it right out. My family and I will always come to this store to get our Papa Murphy’s pizza.

I was at Papa Murphy’s at 7:40 on a Friday night I had 20 minutes until closing. They had everything put away and made me feel like it was a big inconvenience that I even showed up. I said so I can’t get a pizza 20 minutes to closing? With an attitude she said that she’d have to go in the walk-in to make my pizza. “We’re trying to clean up”.
Papa Murphy’s I Gig Harbor needs to honor their hours of business. I walked out cause the last thing I wanted was for some little manager to spit on my pizza cause I came 20 min before closing.
Ugh, I was pissed. The girl and boy who worked Friday, October 17th…you are the epitome of who I would never hire. 20 MINUTES.Change your hours to 7:40 closing.

Went and watched the shift manager make our pizza and his hair was all over his face and covering his face. We then got home and found a har in our pizza. We have submitted a health department complaint for the shift manager not keeping his hair off his face. It’s so disgusting to watch him. As a shift manager, blatantly disregard health department code.
