I’ve never been here so this was a fun and new experience. The store was clean and well stocked with ingredients. The service was friendly and I met a nice dad and son at the store who offered up one of their coupons to my daughter and I. We just moved to Oak Harbor and really like the community

They put Parmesan cheese on my pizza, I did not order Parmesan. My husband and son are allergic to Parmesan, specifically tyramine, it causes vomiting and migraines. After driving 10 miles home, I saw the Parmesan on the pizza. I called to ask them to fix it, and I asked for compensation for driving back to the store, for my gas and time, thinking maybe a $10 gift card or store credit for the 20 mile round trip. The person on the phone said yes she would work it out.
When I arrived back at the store, the supervisor (who is a teenager) said that since they fixed my pizza “we are even” and I said no, because I shouldn’t have to be out 40 minutes and gas $ due to their mistake. She said no, so I got upset and said I would file a complaint on Facebook/google and she laughed at me and said “go ahead, it’s just Facebook” and slammed the window in my face.
Then, when I arrived home the second time I noticed the cinnamon wheel that I purchased was expired by one day. When I called to get a refund, Amanda (the teenage supervisor) told me she could not refund me by phone. However I refuse to spend another 40 minutes plus gas $ for the 20 mile round trip to get a refund I am owed.
I tried working with the store to correct their errors, however they were rude and didn’t fix the problems, so I will never order from that Papa Murphys again. It’s a shame because I’ve been a customer there for decades. It’s gone way downhill since corporate took over.
This young woman “supervisor” needs some serious retraining on how to treat customers.

Papa Murphy’s has been consistently excellent for 20 years. The pizza is always extremely fresh and tasty and the staff is always friendly and quick! The price of sides has crept up a bit too much but that is true of everywhere.

This store used to be great. I liked it because young kids got to work there and get experience for the future.

No customer service at all. Stood in line waited my turn, no one said anything to me, person behind me stepped right in front and went about what they wanted because they worked at the establishment. Even after they were done the person at the register just looked at me smiling not saying anything even after I had said hi, I’m here to pick up an order, had to ask again and I was just irritated at that point.
